ISPCAN's mission is to prevent cruelty to children in every nation, in every form: physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, street children, child fatalities, child prostitution, children of war, emotional abuse and child labor. ISPCAN is committed to increasing public awareness of all forms of violence against children, developing activities to prevent such violence, and promoting the rights of children in all regions of the world. Educational Sessions (Streams): Educational Track Sponsors will be recognized in the Congress Program, have signage in the rooms where presentations are located Book of Abstracts: This important book contains the abstracts of all posters, papers, workshops and symposia being presented at the Congress. Your logo will be on the cover of this book, which will be used as a reference throughout the Congress and long after it ends. Program: This essential book contains all the information delegates need during the Congress. It includes a schedule at a glance, exhibitor information, maps and more. Name Badges: The first thing Congress participants do when they meet fellow delegates is look at their namebadges to see who they are and where they are from. Your company s logo will be prominently printed on the badge where more than 1,200 delegates will see it multiple times each day throughout the Congress. Many delegates keep these badges as mementoes of the Congress, often displaying them in their offices. Notebook & Pen: Your logo will be featured on the cover of the Congress notebook. Used by delegates during and after the Congress, this item will be included in every Congress bag. Attendee Scholarships: Support the attendance of a delegate from a low income country to the Congress. Scholarships help cover the cost of registration and travel, allowing recipients to participant in this important international congress when it would otherwise be impossible. Exhibition Details REGISTRATION The basic exhibition package is $750CAD for commercial exhibitors and $350CAD for non-profit organizations and includes one complimentary exhibitor registration. A second exhibitor from the same organization can register at the additional fee of $400CAD per person for commercial exhibitors and $200CAD for non-profit organizations. This entitles the company representative(s) to all morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks, lunches and the Welcome Reception. An upgrade to a full Congress registration is available for an additional fee of $200CAD per person, which includes participation in all congress sessions, a copy of the Final Program and Abstract Book, all morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks, lunches and the Welcome Reception. APPLICATION PROCEDURE To apply for exhibition space at the ISPCAN International Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect, please complete the Application Form and return it with the appropriate payment for the total cost of your booth to the Congress Secretariat. Please see conditions of payment below. Table locations will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The organizers reserve the right to decline any exhibition application. TABLETOP EXHIBITIONS Each exhibit area occupies a floor space of approximately 3 meters x 3meters (10 feet x 10 feet) and includes one table and two chairs. Exhibition space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (in the order of receipt of Application Form and payment). No refund will be available for no-show exhibitors. 6 P a g e

Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Full payment is required with application. If full payment is not received within 15 days of submission of the Application Form, the exhibition organizers have the right to reassign the booth without notice. No exhibitor shall occupy the booth in the exhibition until all monies owing to the organizers by the exhibitor are paid in full. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY In exceptional circumstances, the Organizers may consider cancellation of their contract with exhibitors, but only if all of the following conditions apply: The request for cancellation is submitted in writing; The request is received at least two months prior to the opening of the exhibition; and The organizers are able to re-let the cancelled space in its entirety.
