Business Bistro Opening Hours The Business Bistro will officially open to the delegates on Thursday 11 June and will close its doors on Saturday 13 June with the following opening times: Thursday 11 June 2015 10:30 17:30 hours Friday 12 June 2015 10:00 19:00 hours Saturday 13 June 2015 10:00 16:30 hours Getting your badge Each exhibitors gets, depending on the package you booked, one or two free registrations for your staff. This badge allows free access for the entire conference, including the social events. This person/s must register officially with a special code ahead of the conference. If you like, you can buy on site extra tickets for the social events if you have more staff present. Official Opening of the Business Bistro The Opening Ceremony and the conference sessions will take place in the same building as the Business Bistro is located. After the end of the ceremony, all delegates will gather at the Business Bistro for the first coffee break. Bes sure to be ready with your booth then!

Happy Hour A happy hour event will also take place at the Business Bistro on Friday 12 June from 18.15 to 19.15h on. Ecsite will provide the delegates with drinks. In the past, exhibitors have brought little special snacks or drinks from their countries to add to the Happy Hour. Be welcome to do so again. Coffee breaks and lunches & extra animation of the Business Bistro All coffee breaks for the participants will take place in the Business bistro, as usual. The seated lunches will take place right outside the Business Bistro in a tent on the parking lot. In order to increase the numbers of visitors in the BB, Ecsite will organize a quiz for participants and sponsor the prices. All exhibitors will be contacted ahead of the conference to be included with a question about their booth/company in this quiz. Additionally there will be a session taking place in the BB, on Friday afternoon. 3. Venue and floor plan (details also on the Ecsite website)

4. Internet Connections There will be WiFi for the exhibitors in the Business Bistro, but it is not very strong. It allows you to check websites and emails, but not to stream movies or download very heavy documents. Also the Internet Café for the participants - including 6 laptops - is located in the Business Bistro. 5. Basic stand construction Your shell scheme package consists of the following items: - Carpet tiles, color: bright yellow like the conference logo - White painted wooden walls, size of 2.50 x 1.00 m (posters can be attached with little nails) - Open fascia with a white name panel - Stand number and company name, printed in black - 1 spot per 3 m2 - Electra and main connection, inclusive a wall socket - One table and two chairs Impression of your booth: $ - If you like some walls or furniture to be removed, please send an email to Lucy.

6. Company name tag on your booth Your booth will have a sign with your name, as shown in the picture above. If you wish to have your logo on it, printed in colors, this is to be ordered separately and at an extra cost Ecsite (Lucy) needs your text for the company name tag at the latest until 23 May 2015 7. Renting of Extra Material and printing and mounting panels All exhibitors have the possibility to rent extra equipment or materials to customize their booth. Giuseppe Molinari from Trento Fiere is your contact for this. See as attachement on our website the Renting material Brochure 2015 with the entire offer and ordering form at the end. Deadline for your order is the 23 May 2015 Trento Fiere also offers to print and mount specially designed panels for you. Contact directly Giuseppe Molinari with your request as well. Giuseppe Molinari info@trentofiere.com 7. Delivery/storage of goods Goods can be delivered at the earliest 10 working days before the beginning of the event. Your goods will be stored in the customer depot. This depot has a very limited storage capacity and is exclusively at the disposal of the contracting party of the Trento Fiere. If you would like to send goods in advance, please send them to the following address: Ecsite 2015 - <name of the company> c/o Trento Fiere Spa Via Briamasco, 2 38122 Trento (TN) Italy Please mention the name and date of the event on each part/package of the delivery. If you want to collect your items, you can make mention this at the reception. All goods have to be collected within 2 working days after the end of the event. To move your goods, forklifts and transpallets will be available. If you have large amounts of goods (more than one pallett, please send first an email to Lucy to check the available storing space) There will be a storage room during the conference for you, door size is 192 x 250 cm.

9. Area of the Conference Centre Trento Fiere See on the Ecsite website the exact documents for the loading area, access and parking for cars and trucks. It is easy this year, both goods entry and truck parking are at the back of the buliding, next to the railway. 10.
