The NUS Career Fair is the largest and most anticipated on-campus recruitment event each year. Date: Tuesday, 10 Feb 2015 and Friday, 13 Feb 2015 Time: 10am to 6pm Venue: National University of Singapore, Multi-Purpose Sports Halls 1 and 2 1) Attendees of NUS Career Fair 2015 NUS students across various faculties and year of studies will be attending the fair. For more information on our student profile, please click here for undergraduate programme and here for postgraduate programme. 220 employers and more than 9,000 students attended the NUS Career Fair It is certainly the largest and most widely publicized recruitment event in NUS. 2) Exhibitor Package Corporate Package - Area A: SGD $1,500 Corporate Package Area B: SGD $1,250 Corporate Package Area C: SGD $1,000 Prices are subjected to 7% GST. 3 b) Event Guide Advertisement Placement Our Event Guide publisher, Singapore Press Holdings, will be contacting you for advertisement placement opportunity.10,000 copies of the event guide will be printed and distributed to students before and during the fair. 4) When selecting the booth(s), please take note of the following: The packages are for one-day participation at NUS Career Fair Employers may choose to book maximum 2 booths for either 10 or 13 Feb 2015 only. Organizations which would like to construct an industry pavilion are required to notify Centre of Futureready Graduates before booking. Booth booking and allocation is based on the following order: Firstly, priority is given to preferred employers who recruit NUS graduates on a regular basis and our partners. Thereafter, allocation of booth for direct-hiring corporate employers is based on first-come-first-served basis. Finally, allocation of booth for other organizations is based on first-come-first-served basis. The Centre of Future-ready Graduates reserves the right to decline any booking submitted. 5) How to Participate in NUS Career Fair 2015? Step 1: Please click here to view the latest floor plan of the booth layout. (Booth layout will be updated at the end of each working day starting from 7 Nov. Please clear cache or refresh your browser to view the latest Floor Plan.) Step 2: Register here by 15 December (Maximum 2 booths per organization, per day). Step 3: You can expect to receive confirmation and booth allocation within 7 working days from the Centre of Future-ready Graduates after you have submitted your online registration. Step 4: Our Event Guide publisher, Singapore Press Holdings, will be contacting you for advertisement placement opportunity and job vacancy listing in the Career Fair Event Guide. Step 5: Our official booth contractor will then contact you directly to make logistics arrangements for your booth. Additional requests such as renting of more furniture, equipment, and installing of extra power points, are managed and charged separately by our official booth contractor. We will notify you who our official booth contractor is by end-november. Step 6: Finally, the Centre of Future-ready Graduates will contact you with regard to invitation to the NUS Career Fair Opening Ceremony, purchasing of additional lunch coupons, and requesting for additional nametags, etc. Page 3 of 16
4 6) Terms and Conditions 1. Package prices are subjected to 7% GST. 2. Cancellation request must be made in writing, stating the reason(s) for cancellation. Company would have to compensate 100% of the booking fee if cancellation is made on 19 December 2014 and onwards. 3. For companies based in Singapore, payment must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice, which will be sent after NUS Career Fair For companies based outside Singapore, payment must be made before NUS Career Fair 2015, within 30 days from the date of the invoice, which will be ed to you after confirmation of booking. Payment must be made via Telegraphic Transfer and all bank administration charges must be borne by your organization. 5. For companies that choose not to take up the standard shell scheme, the booth charges will remain the same as stated. 6. Booth booking and allocation are based on the following: Firstly, priority is given to preferred employers who recruit NUS graduates on a regular basis and our partners. Thereafter, allocation of booth for direct-hiring corporate employers is based on first-come-first-served basis. Finally, allocation of booth for other organizations is based on first-come-first-served basis. The Centre of Future-ready Graduates reserves the right to decline any booking submitted. 7) Other Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What do I need to bring for the NUS Career Fair? You may bring along your company s pull-up banners, brochures, job listings, and collaterals to be distributed to the attendees. 2. Will there be storage space provided? Due to limited space in the exhibition hall, companies will have to store their items at their booth. 3. Can I purchase additional lunch coupons? Companies can purchase additional lunch coupons using our Logistics Request Form which will be sent to you about two months to three months before the event. 4. Can I purchase additional parking coupons? Due to limited parking lots available on campus, we are unable to sell additional parking coupons. 5. What should I do if I need extra furniture (e.g. TV, chair, etc.) for my booth? You may place an order for these items through our official booth contractor. The list of items and costs will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual, which will be sent to you by our official booth contractor about two to three months before the event. Page 4 of 16
