Geographical Spread/Breadth Other: Australian Capital Territory / New South Wales / Victoria Some travel interstate may be required in this role. Requirement to be available weekend s events are conducted. B. JOB REQUIREMENTS Key Result Area 1 Major Fundraising Events - Delivery Deliver the event tollgate to ensure compliance by all stakeholders and service providers Event delivered to meet operational and budget outcomes Prepare the Event Management Plan (and other required event specific documents) Event Management Plan completed Manage event operational and logistical delivery in compliance with the event planning Event successfully delivered against plan and budget Manage the storage and maintenance of MSL event equipment and signage and other stored assets Equipment, Signage and stored assets is secure and in good repair Key Result Area 2 Relationship Management Negotiate suitable terms and conditions with external stakeholders and agencies required for successful event delivery Event successfully delivered against plan and budget Ensure appropriate tender submission for supplier services Comply with strategies to ensure seamless communication across the organisation. Competitive costs and efficiencies are achieved Model self-awareness, self-management and social awareness in communications, problem solving & conflict resolution. Key Result Area 3 Administration Maintain up to equipment, signage and assets Inventory Equipment, signage and assets inventory is complete and current Complete all tollgate reports Tollgate reports are complete and current Ensure all major event documentation is complete and to standard, including: Event Management Plans, Traffic Plans, Stakeholder Permits, Event Planning Templates All documents are completed, updated and filed Ensure compliance to the financial process s Financial process complied Contribute to weekly highlights information Highlights information provided on time Contribute to budget reporting and forecasting Accurate reporting Arrange and attend meetings as required by MSL and to deliver the event Meeting are conducted and attended Manage and ensure project filing and records are comprehensive and up to date Comprehensive records enabling ease of project review, transition / handover and future delivery C. D. Selection Criteria Essential: Relevant tertiary education in an appropriate discipline. A minimum 3 years experience delivering mass participation events Proven track record for delivering solutions Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a management team and can add value in decision making beyond area of accountability. Ability to network and develop effective working relationships Demonstrated ability to achieve results through strong influence and consultative skills. Pragmatic, assertive, organised and demonstrates sound judgment. Resilience and proven ability to adapt style and approach to suit varying situations. High levels of computer literacy in using a range of Office computer packages Current Driver Licence 4
