The schematic diagram shows a LI network (LI-01) powered by a LI power supply. The eight light fittings (addressed from 00 to 07) can be any light fitting from any manufacturer fitted with LI ECG (electronic control gear). LI ECGs are available for FL and CFL lamps, discharge lamps, low voltage halogen lamps, incandescent lamps, LEDs, emergency lights, etc. The light fittings are controlled by LI ECDs (electronic control devices) such as LI wallplates and LI sensors from any manufacturer, including LI control s DC100 Series of LI control devices. LI can also control legacy light fittings including fixed output, analogue 1 to 10V and DSI dimmable fittings. CLIPCOM 21240 May 2010 1011

The DCPxx/xx power supply provides d.c. power for BM-LI line controllers and for sensors connected to BM-LI inputs. The DCLP200 or DCLP250 are current limited, DIN rail mount LI power supplies. One DCLP200 or DCLP250 is required per LI line. The is the LI communications interface for the BM-LI line controller. One is required per LI line. Each LI line can support up to 64 LI ECG s addressed from 0 to 63. LI ECGs are available for FL and CFL lamps, LV halogen, HID, LEDs, emergency fittings, fixed output, DSI and 1 to 10V analogue fittings, etc. The computer and other Ethernet equipment is optional and can be used to monitor and control the system. LI lines must be wired to the LI standard and to local regulations. CLIPCOM 21240 May 2010 2001
