HAMPSHIRE LIFE FOOD & DRINK AWARDS 2016 MEDIA PACK The Hampshire Life Food & Drink Awards celebrate the best of Hampshire's Food & Drink businesses and the talented individuals behind them. The 2016 Awards will feature top chefs, restaurants, producers and products, voted best in the county by our knowledgeable readers. Don't miss this opportunity to have your business associated with this glamorous, popular and premium event. This event is organised by Hampshire Life magazine, published by Archant, one of the UK's largest independently owned regional media businesses.

About the award categories: The categories recognise the high standards of quality and excellence offered across Hampshire's vast range of food & drink businesses, demonstrating excellence and innovation throughout their business including their product, welcome, service and marketing. How the Awards work: The purpose of the awards is to champion, highlight and showcase Hampshire s producers, small farming businesses and suppliers and to promote the fantastic food and drink industry we have here in the county. There are sixteen categories of awards up for nomination, from Best Independent Food Shop to Best Hotel Restaurant. The 2016 awards will be launched online and in the July issue of Hampshire Life and will receive regular coverage throughout the year. The black tie awards will be held on Wednesday 23rd November at The Elvetham Hotel. The evening will begin with a sparkling drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner, enjoying some of the best Hampshire produce on offer, before the winners are announced and the awards are presented. Sponsors logos will appear on all promotional literature including the evening programme, tickets, awards slideshow and award plaque. Have a 20 word company biography on your sponsored category in the awards slideshow presentation. A link from the Hampshire Life Awards website to your website. Receive two complimentary tickets to the awards and a sponsor s rate of 60+VAT for all additional tickets (standard price 70+VAT). Present your award on the evening to the winner. Have the opportunity to insert your product/literature into the goody bags which are handed to each guest on the night. The opportunity to have one pop-up banner in the drinks reception area. January: Glittering awards ceremony coverage including the revelation of the winners and runners-up, a local supplier list and photos of all sponsors presenting their category awards. Following the event, Sponsors will be invited to a three course lunch to thank you for your support and introduce plans for the following year.

Associate Partner Sponsorship Available to one company at 3,000 +VAT The Associate Partner sponsor will receive: Acknowledgement and sub branding both in the magazine on the website, on all awards literature including the tickets and the evening programme, and on all external publicity: The Hampshire Life Food and Drink Awards 2016 sponsored by Main Sponsor, in association with (associate partner) Logo placement on screen at the commencement of Awards dinner A 200-word profile on the Hampshire Life Food & Drink Awards website to include photos and a click-through link The chance to give promotional literature/gifts to all awards ceremony guests in the awards goody bags Five tickets to the awards dinner and a sponsors rate of 60+VAT for extra tickets (standard price 70+VAT) The opportunity to display two pop-up banners in the drinks reception area A double page feature on the Business or Food News page of a forthcoming issue of Hampshire Life A sky scraper web advert on the Hampshire Life Awards website. Headline Sponsorship: 5,000 + VAT We also have an opportunity for one company to headline sponsor the awards.
