Describe the benefits of the Pit Crew approach to cardiac arrest resuscitation. Discuss Pit Crew CPR in urban and rural pre-hospital environments. Evaluate patients for therapeutic hypothermia therapy. Describe how to achieve and maintain hypothermia. List complications of hypothermia therapy. Describe other therapies bundled with hypothermia to optimize outcome. Identify strategies across the healthcare continuum to decrease hospital readmissions of patients with heart failure.
