Learning Objectives At the conclusion of this educational activity, the participant should be able to: Describe the Consortium for Clinical Education and Practice s toolbox items. Describe successful implementation of processes for health sciences student credentialing, common core orientation and clinical placement. Participate in regional teams to design a plan for implementation of standardizing the processes for health sciences students. Report an overview of regional consortium s progress and plans for action. Delineate regional commonalities and develop ideas for future statewide work.

5 Credit Wake AHEC CEU: Wake AHEC will provide.5 CEU to participants upon completion of this activity. A participant must attend 100% to receive credit. No partial CEU will be given. Contact Hours: Wake AHEC will provide up to 4.5 Contact Hours to participants. Wake AHEC is part of the North Carolina AHEC Program. Registration Register online at $35 NC residents (Discounted fee made possible by NC AHEC Clinical Site Development Grant) $60 out of state residents Registration is recommended by July 22, No refunds will be issued.
