OCW 2015 Visa Cares, Your Health & Wellness Program Group Exercise Class Schedule employees. All fitness levels are welcome. Online registration is required for each class. To register, please log into http://attunelife.com/go/visa and click on link on the Foster City homepage. **All classes are held in the Group Exercise Room adjacent to the gym unless otherwise noted. Bollywood Fitness Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6 7 p.m. Fusion Beatz Bollywood Fitness is an intense workout program inspired by Bollywood music. It is dynamic, infectious and effective! The program was developed by a medical doctor, who discovered the amazing health benefits from this fusion of a disciplined fitness program with dance. You will have fun, be energized and get fit all at the same time! Boot Camp Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:15 8 a.m. A full body workout that will target all major muscle groups including a cardio component. This class will make you sweat, make you work hard and glad that you did! Cardio Kickboxing Mondays, 1 1:45 p.m. & Thursdays, 11:15 a.m. Noon If your goal is to lose weight, get fit, be strong, or just have fun, then this full body workout is for you. Get in shape using this intense fat burning and strength conditioning class that incorporates movements derived from boxing and Tae Kwon Do. Focus is on punches, kicks, and combinations that provide an energetic and heart pumping workout! Cardio Sculpt Mondays, 4:45 5:15 p.m. This intense class uses a combination of cardiovascular work and weights to give you a powerful workout. This class is a great compliment to any workout program. Flow Yoga (Advanced) Thursdays, Noon 1 p.m. A challenging body/mind adventure incorporating asanas, breathing and mindfulness for a complete yoga experience. Sculpt a leaner, stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue. Full Body Fit Mondays, 5:15 6:15 p.m. Transform your body by working your legs, chest, arms, and core. This total body workout will tone and sculpt you from the ground up. Hard - CORE Mondays, 11:30 a.m. Noon & 12:30 1 p.m. Wednesdays, 11 11:30 a.m. & 12 12:30 p.m. H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5 5:45 p.m. Low Impact Interval Training Tuesdays 11 11: 45 a.m.

-2- Do you want to experience a total body workout and burn more calories? Join this efficient combo class of high intensity interval cardio and weight training. This 45-minute session consists of cardio, toning, strengthening, and fat burning; it will surely get you in great shape. (Low Impact is a lighter version of HITT) Iyengar Yoga Intermediate Wednesdays, 12:30 1:30 p.m. Kettlebell Conditioning Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:15 5 p.m. A great workout incorporating the age Old Russian strength tool, the Kettlebell. Individuals taking this class will expect a unique and challenging full body workout, which utilizes dynamic movements to shape and sculpt the entire body and core. Rev up your metabolism and scorch fat off your body. Lower Body Burn Mondays, 12 12:30 p.m. & 4:15 4:45 Wednesdays, 11:30 Noon Fridays, 1:30 2:30 p.m. The exercises engage both the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles without building bulk. Quick Fit Fridays, Noon 12:30 p.m. Get a bit of everything in this fast paced class! You will be moving from cardio exercises, to strength workouts, to core movements to round out a full body workout in just 30 minutes. Slow Flow Beginner Yoga Thursdays, 1 2 p.m. This class is designed for those students who are new to Yoga. It is a foundation for all of the other yoga classes. Students will explore many of the basic forms, principles of alignment, relaxation techniques, breathing practices and more. Slow Flow Yoga Advanced: Tuesdays, Noon 1 p.m. Intermediate: Tuesdays, 1 2 p.m. Very similar to Flow with an emphasis on slower movement and gentle transitions. Recommended for beginners or practitioners desiring a slower pace class. Strengthen and tone the body while learning multiple alignment techniques for every stage of each posture. For new and experienced practitioners who wish to gain an understanding about the joints, muscles and healing properties of yoga. Cardio Dance Mondays, 6:15 7:15 p.m. Cardio dance is a fitness program that unites world beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the world from old-school hip-hop to Bollywood with an athletic, intense cardio workout that makes you sweat, tones your body and leaves your body craving more! Upper Cut Fridays, 11:30 a.m. Noon

-3- Focus on isolation of each of the major Upper body muscle groups by using body weight & body resistance exercises, free weights, and tubing. Zumba Wednesdays, 5 6 p.m. Fridays, 12:30 1:30 p.m. Dance your way to a fitter you! Come have fun with the exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms. OCC 2015 Core Abs Wednesdays, Noon 12:30 p.m. Lower Body Burn Wednesdays, 12:30 1 p.m. Mondays, Noon 1 p.m. and 1 2 p.m. The exercises engage both the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles without building bulk. Regular practice of Pilates mat exercises will improve muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and posture. Pilates is an ideal complement to all types of cardiovascular exercise and weight training programs. Total Body Transformation Tuesdays and Thursdays, Noon 1 p.m. and 1 2 p.m. Upper body vs. lower body, cardiovascular training vs. resistance training, it's all here in this power-packed workout. Take strong, powerful cardio movements and add specific isolated resistance movements to achieve a spectacular total body workout that will challenge the athlete in you. OCE 2015 Core Abs Tuesdays, 11:45 a.m. 12:15 p.m. Lower Body Blast Thursdays, 11:45 a.m. 12:15 p.m.

Take strong, powerful cardio movements and add specific isolated resistance movements to achieve a spectacular total body workout that will challenge the athlete in you. Miami 2015 Yoga Mondays and Wednesdays, Noon 1:00 p.m. Thursdays, 5:30 6:30 p.m. Zumba Circuit Mondays, 6 7 p.m. Cardio Conditioning Tuesdays, 12:30 1:30 p.m. Bodies in Training Tuesdays, 6 7 p.m. Zumba Party Wednesdays, 6 7 p.m. Optimal Training Thursdays. 12:30 1:30 p.m. Bellevue 2015 Yoga Tuesdays and Fridays, 12:15 1:15 p.m. Every-other Monday, 12:15 1:15 p.m.
