Digital ink displays mre quickly and is thicker in PwerPint presentatins. The Restre Ink bubble is better psitined n the display. A Restre Ink buttn has been added t Micrsft Office. The save-n-clse feature is imprved. Knwn issues General Text bxes and tables can interfere with digital ink injectins. Anntatins made during PwerPint presentatin animatins temprarily disappear when the animatin is running and appear when the animatin is cmplete. The Und buttn n Flating Tls might nt wrk. Users can use the eraser r the Clear Anntatins buttn, r they can clse the ink layer. Starting a PwerPint presentatin frm the Slide Srter view can cause issues with Aware. T use Aware in a presentatin (with animatins and builds), start the presentatin frm Nrmal view. 4

Ink Aware nw wrks with the SMART Bard interactive display frame. If yu re using a SMART Bard interactive display frame, and yu clse the ink layer and then attempt t draw digital ink n the desktp with the pencil, the ink layer reappears. On SMART Bard interactive display frames, the SMART Bard cntrl panel always displays the crrect firmware versin. If yur cmputer with SMART Prduct Drivers is cnnected t multiple SMART prducts when yu pen dialg bxes in the SMART cntrl panel, the dialg bxes appear in the same display as the cntrl panel. The issue that was causing the Flating Tls tlbar t partially disappear has been crrected. Duble-clicking the ink layer nw takes a single screen capture (if Always Save Ink is selected). When yu press the ink layer, a shrtcut menu appears. When yu press the layer again, the shrtcut menu clses. SMART Prduct Drivers nw includes better supprt fr multiple Flating Tls tlbars. When yu cnnect a SMART Bard interactive whitebard with Tuch Recgnitin t yur Windws cmputer, a bubble appears beside the SMART Bard Tls icn. This bubble allws yu t disable Tuch Recgnitin. If yu draw digital ink with ne pen and then pick up anther pen frm the pen tray while cntinuing t tuch the surface, the digital ink changes t the newly selected pen s clr. Check bxes that had previusly been remved frm the SMART Bard Interactive Display View windw in SMART Bard Diagnstics have been restred. There have been several minr changes t the wrding in the user interface fr the SMART Bard interactive display frames. When rienting the SMART Bard interactive display frames, yu can g back t the previus rientatin pint by pressing the screen with the pencil s eraser. Yu can nw use the fur clred pencils with the SMART Bard interactive display frames. The last pint in the rientatin screen nw behaves like all the ther rientatin pints. Otherwise, rientatin desn t wrk prperly. The SMART Bard V200 series interactive whitebard desn t supprt USB 1.0. In sme situatins, cnnecting a SMART Bard V200 series interactive whitebard t a cmputer thrugh USB 1.0 causes the cmputer t rebt repeatedly. In rare situatins, custmizing Flating Tls can cause the tls t stp respnding. (This issue has been subsequently reslved in a later release.) Duble-clicking in PwerPint presentatin graphics prgram while in presentatin mde desn t wrk prperly. (This issue has been subsequently reslved in a later release.) Mac OS X perating system sftware If yur Mac cmputer enters sleep mde, it lses the cnnectin t the SMART Bard 600 series whitebard after it exits sleep mde. Restarting the cmputer restres the cnnectin.
