2014 - Another milestone for THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2014 was the 10th anniversary of THAIFEX World of Food Asia. A decade of show experience, excellent branding, and an international network culminated in a landmark event, which was visited by more than 30,000 trade visitors from 125 countries. Over 1,400 visitors were highly influential trade mission top buyers invited by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP). Exhibitors were also thrilled with the continued growth of the event. Country pavilions shared that there was an increase in interest from food and beverage companies to be part of their pavilions because companies were realising the potential that THAIFEX World of Food Asia could bring them. Exhibitors reported inquiries from South East Asia and beyond. We are seeing a quadrupled increase in participation of companies under the Turkey country pavilion, and this reflects the importance of the Asian market to us. The buyers and trade visitors who visited the fair are very interested in what Turkey pavilion has to offer and this makes the entire exhibition effective for our exhibitors.
