3 ILTM in Cannes The best ever luxury global event Last year in Cannes was very special. It was not only our biggest ever event but it had a real buzz about it. The community feeling, the renewal of friendships, the stories and the amount of business that was done was breathtaking. And it s not just us saying that. Our NPS scores (that s the measure of how much our customers would recommend us or come back) jumped a huge 14 points from an already very impressive figure. And soon, we will be back to do it all again this year we have 15 years to celebrate so expect some more of the ILTM magic. And I would very much like to invite you to be a part of it. As much as ILTM is about renewing relationships across the globe in our tight community of luxury travel suppliers and buyers at the very top of their profession, it s also about meeting new people. Last year saw a big increase in the number of new people met with 73% of exhibitors meeting with at least 20 new business leads. And we are seeing the success of ILTM reflected in the upward trend of larger spaces being booked year on year. The Global Forum on the opening night had standing room only, such was the demand. Invitation only means only the very best in luxury travel are invited, there is a very thorough selection process which is then followed by a matching process where we match buyers to exhibitors. Receive up to 52 appointments from a select database of 1500 buyers over the 4 days. The appointments are pre-scheduled and last 20 minutes each. After the matching process has taken place, you are then given access to view your appointments in an online diary where you can contact buyers and suppliers to arrange self scheduled appointments during a specified time window.
