2015 Queensland Rugby League Trade Show Information for interested exhibitors The 2015 Queensland Rugby League Trade Show will be held from February 13-15 on the Sunshine Coast, Novotel Twin Waters Resort, in conjunction with the Queensland Rugby League Administration Conference. The QRL Trade Show has proven to be a valuable addition to the Administration Conference as a platform for delegates from the majority of Queensland Rugby League Clubs to develop relationships with providers of relevant products and services. The Queensland Rugby League Administration Conference is renowned for drawing together hundreds of local administrators and volunteers from Rugby League clubs throughout Queensland for a cutting edge development experience. The event focusses on the latest developments within the game, relevant progressions within the sporting arena, insight from and collaborations with a range of respected industry leaders and the provision of invaluable educational material. 2015 will see the staging of the first Queensland Rugby League Women s Leadership Seminar which will included as a part of the QRL Administration Conference. With this in mind, exhibitors are encouraged to consider the promotion of products and services relevant to women within the sport of rugby league in addition to the promotion of general products and services. Exhibitors will however still have to select one of the two packages listed above for potential allocation of the footprint space noted. Sites are generally single level only. Should you require something other than this, refer to the details in the Expression of Interest Form for consideration. For maximum marketing exposure, exhibitors are offered the option of providing a brochure and one small promotional item (dependent on available space) to be included in the 2015 QRL Administration Conference packs and the 2015 QRL Women s Leadership Seminar packs. Additional Extras Exhibitors may register additional staff for the Trade Show for $110 per person (includes one ticket to the Conference Dinner) Exhibitors may purchase additional tickets to the Conference Dinner for $75 per person Parking - Complimentary parking is available in the main resort car park for exhibitors. The resort has a forklift on-site for use by exhibitors on prior arrangement. Internet Access - Exhibitors can gain internet access by credit card payment or room charge (directly with the Resort) during the conference for approximately $14.30 for 24hours, $9.90 for 12hours, $5.50 for 1hour (the first 30mins of use is free of charge). The sale of goods is permitted at this event. The selling or conduction of any raffle or lottery is not permitted at this event. No exhibitor may permit any other party to exhibit or solicit business in their allocated space without prior written authority from the QRL. Stands will be cleaned following set up. Further cleaning of individual stands is the responsibility of each exhibitor. Novotel Twin Waters Resort will accept goods on behalf of exhibitors no earlier than 48 hours prior to the event. No goods will be held for transport pick up without a consignment note. All goods must be picked up within 48 hours after the event. No responsibility is taken by Novotel Twin Waters Resort for goods sent or received for this event. Items left at the venue by exhibitors for any longer than 48hrs will be considered disposable. Exhibitors wishing to insure their materials, goods and / or wares against theft, damage by fire, accident or loss of any kind, must do so at their own expense. The QRL, or their representatives, are not liable for any losses due to the theft or damage to any exhibitor property or public liability claims within the allocated exhibition space. Exhibitors infringing on space not initially allocated and paid for will be asked to remove part of the display. Perry s Exhibition Solutions will bump-in from 12pm-2pm on February 13, 2015. In line with OH&S regulations, exhibitors will be refused entry until 2.30pm. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Perry s Exhibition Solutions will bump-out from 6pm on Sunday, February 15, 2015. Any exhibitor owned booths can be dismantled from 6pm only. Exhibitors can pack-up from 2pm on Sunday, February 15, 2015 but must be cleared and vacated by 6pm. Availability of booths is limited and a high number of expressions of interest are anticipated. Cancellation Policy Any cancellation will incur 100% loss of the registration fee. The Queensland Rugby League Administration Conference is restricted to QRL affiliate members. It is not permitted for representatives of potential trade or industry sponsors, exhibitors or promoters to register. However, exhibitors may be invited to attend some sessions if space is available. Delegates will however have priority to all conference sessions. The Queensland Rugby League Women s Leadership Seminar on Friday, February 13, 2015 is open for registrations from female staff, administrators and volunteers throughout the sporting industry (not specific to rugby league). Registration details can be found at www.qrl.com.au A delegate list may be provided electronically to exhibitors post event. A hard copy of the delegate list will not be provided. Lodging an Expressions of Interest If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor at the 2015 Queensland Rugby League Trade Show, please visit www.qrltradeshow.com.au to complete the online Expression of Interest form. Expressions of Interest close on Friday 21 November 2014. Companies who have completed an expression of interest form will be notified by Friday 28 November 2014 via email of the acceptance or non-acceptance of their company as an exhibitor at this event. Should your company be accepted as an exhibitor at this event, you will be required to complete an online Exhibitor Registration Form finalising all details and complete full payment by Friday 12 December 2014.
