Please indicate your requirements below. Note: Any other equipment required will need to be supplied by you at your own expense. 2 Terms & Conditions Location Regulations : Classic Flyers, 9 Jean Batten Dr, Mt Maunganui : Hamilton Gardens, Central Court, Cobham Dr, Hamilton East : Racecourse, Arawa Park, Fenton St, 1) Exhibition Set Up : Wednesday 28th October, 11am - 2pm : Wednesday 4th November, 11am 2pm : Tuesday 10th November, 11am 2pm All products and services available at the show must be for sale on full trade. 2) Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set up and removal of all their displays and materials. All rubbish to be removed while setting up and packing up rubbish bins provided. Opening Hours 3) Stands must be occupied by 2pm; if you are going to arrive after this time then you must advise us prior to the show. Bartercard reserves the right to on-sell any unoccupied stand at 3pm on the day of the Trade Show. : Wednesday 28th October, 3pm - 8pm : Wednesday 4th November, 3pm 8pm : Tuesday 10th November, 3pm 7pm 4) Stands must not be dismantled before 8pm ( and ) and 7pm (). Dismantling : Wednesday 28th October, No earlier than 8pm : Wednesday 4th November, No earlier than 8pm : Tuesday 10th November, No earlier than 7pm Exhibition Stands T$200+GST per stand T$300+GST Double Combo (1 2 shows) T$400+GST Triple Combo (1 All 3 shows) Each stand will include: 1/ Velcro receptive partitions 2.3m high to which articles may be attached by velcro hooks, staples or picture hooks 2/ Signage with exhibitors name - one per stand 3/ 1 x table (1.8m) 4/ 1 x table cloth 5/ 1 x chair 6/ Flooring material is carpet, except which is concrete 5) Exhibitors must keep their displays within the confines of their own stand, no encroaching of displays, signs or marketing into or above the aisles unless by prior arrangement. 6) Exhibitors are responsible for removing all fastenings attached to any panels panels damaged that cannot be used again will be charged at $50+GST per panel. 7) Exhibitors must ensure they eliminate risk of harm to himself or herself or any other person during set up, during the show and whilst dismantling their displays. 8) Exhibitors to supply sufficient staff to assist with set up and dismantling of stands. Stands are to be attended at all times. 9) Bartercard accepts no liability for loss or damage to any property. 10) Exhibitors requiring power will need to supply their own extension cords which must be tested and tagged. Cancellation Policy Deliveries Exhibitors may have goods delivered on the day only. These must be clearly marked with your company name and stand number. There are no facilities for storage prior to this date. All goods must be removed the same day by 10pm ( and ) and 9pm (). Car Parking There are car parking facilities at all venues. Catering Food and refreshments will be available for purchase throughout the shows. Within 14 days (in writing) of the show commencing, you are liable for 50% payment; No Shows are liable for 100% payment. Stand charges Stand Charges will be automatically processed from your account by Wednesday 11th November 2015.
