Hello! Thank you for choosing to attend the 47th Annual Therapeutic Recreation Institute: Getting Back to FUNdamentals. With immense help from our dedicated conference committee members, we have put together an entertaining and enjoyable experience for our attendees this year. Our hope is to take you back to the basics of RT, to build up your toolbox and return you to your roles with FUNctional ideas. Co-Chairs Welcome Throughout the conference you will be offered a wide variety of sessions, all which can accommodate the diverse populations we serve. We have also offered several that focus on you as a person and provider. Take advantage of the opportunity to earn 1.6 CEUs for the entire conference by attending our Keynote, daily sessions, evening sessions and finishing with our Endnote. Our speakers were chosen with you in mind, with much consideration given to the feedback from past conferences. Along with the opportunity to learn, take the opportunity to let loose! This year we are offering two evening socials; the first will be an adventure, taking you and your team on a digital scavenger hunt of the area, while the second evening is a relaxed and laid back game night. Join your fellow attendees in one or both evenings of good old fashion FUN. We also want to honor our members, volunteers, and others on Thursday s Awards Luncheon. While you enjoy your lunch, keep your eyes on the screen on stage to view the shenanigans of the evening before.
