Organizatin Design Specialist Suthern Africa Regin BACKGROUND One f the key challenges t implementing the new strategic directin and especially the cmmitment t face the custmer (the child and the cmmunity) is the enrmity and cmplexity f re-aligning Natinal Offices (NOs). A Natinal Directr (ND) wanting t ensure that the structures, systems, prcesses and persnnel are aligned t the reginal/natinal strategy and facing the field will discver that it is easier said than dne and that the way we have always dne things arund here will get in the way f executin and delivery. Suthern Africa Regin (SAR) must therefre prvide the expertise t diagnse, (re)design, and re (align) NOs if the regin is t add value t such a critical area at this early stage f reginal strategy. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The rle is respnsible fr prviding expertise and advice in the area f Organizatin Design, develpment and change management that will enable the regin t realign structures, prcesses, skills and staff, in rder t fulfill its strategy, missin and gals. Reprting thrugh matrix management t the Reginal P&C Directr, Strategy Directr, Organizatin Develpment and Change and t the Senir Executive Manager, this rle will lead the implementatin f glbal initiatives as apprpriate within the regin and develp thse prgrams and supprt systems as required t meet the unique needs f the regin.
The rle will wrk cllabratively with the Reginal Directr f Strategy Management and the Senir Directr f Operatins t ensure alignment with strategic pririties in the regin.
