T maintain strng relatinships with external media partners, curriculum teams and ther key stakehlders. Main Duties and Respnsibilities 1. T mnitr and maintain identified pages f the Wiltshire Cllege website and scial media channels, liaising with the web team t ensure cnsistency and quality f message. 2. T crdinate the develpment f a pht and vide gallery t prmte the Cllege fr inclusin n the website and use at varius events, liaising with external cmpanies, as apprpriate. 3. T supprt the prmtin f the Cllege via new digital marketing channels, including scial media, wrking with ther members f the Marketing team. 4. T research, write and prduce inatin/prmtinal materials/feature articles and prspectuses t supprt the recruitment activities f the Cllege. 5. T write and prduce external cmmunicatins dcuments e.g. stakehlder newsletters and press releases. 6. T practively write and sell-in press releases t supprt the wrk f the Cllege, linking them t web and scial media cntent. 7. T write and film case studies that illustrate the benefits f the training ffered by the Cllege.
3 8. T rganise public relatins events t supprt the Cmmunicatins Strategy. 9. T supprt the internal cmmunicatins strategy thrugh the develpment and delivery f staff newsletters and cmmunicatins. 10. Prvide crss cllege advice and guidance n cmmunicatins. 11. Liaise with external suppliers and designers t ensure cmmunicatins and publicatins are effectively delivered within agreed deadlines. 12. T mnitr and evaluate the effectiveness f cmmunicatins activities by prviding reprts t the management team n a mnthly basis. 13. T wrk clsely with ther members f the Marketing and Cmmunicatins team t deliver key campaigns, events and publicatins. 14. T wrk pr-actively and in a genuine partnership with each department and acrss the cllege, t prvide creative slutins t marketing plans and pprtunities. Specific Duties 1. T practively write press releases t supprt the wrk f the Cllege, linking them t web and scial media cntent 2. T develp, crdinate and write engaging cpy fr the Cllege website, scial media and ther publicatins, including case studies using written and vide ats. Other 1.
