Abut the rle The Data & Reprting Analyst is respnsible fr the management and effective distributin t emplyers f 20m Emplyer Ownership f Skills (EOS) grant funding n behalf f the Energy Efficiency Industrial Partnership (the Partnership). The Data & Reprting Analyst will have accuntability fr the day t day management f the funding service line as part f the verreaching Partnership Delivery Plan incme and delivery targets achieved thrugh the effective distributin f the grant fund. They will set up and prvide insights using statistical data and Management Infrmatin (MI) frm the Grant Fund Management system t advise and supprt n the perfrmance psitin against frecasts and t recmmend apprpriate curse f actin. The rle will act as a key cntact with emplyers n matters relating t EOS funding and will manage and drive efficiencies. They will ensure reprting is cmpleted t meet the requirements f the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), Cuncil and Operatins Bard. Page 1 f 6

2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key areas f respnsibility will include: Fund Management Service Manage data returns fr the SFA, dealing with any queries. Develpment f slutins that prvide accurate data and up t date interpretatin f the perfrmance f the Grant Fund Management Service t ensure effective management f the funding prfile Develpment f tls and reprting methdlgies that deliver effective insights and MI; utilising these t recmmend business interventins that manage grant fund risks, ensuring fund management perfrmance in line with Partnership delivery plans. Develp and drive prcess imprvement f fund management prcessing, ensuring effective data management, recrding and fund utilisatin. Ensure delivery against Key Perfrmance Indicatrs (KPIs) and internal/ external Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics fr management f the grant fund. As a key client interface, understand and review emplyer funding requirements, mnthly spends, frecasts and peratinal quality in line with agreed cntracting. Prvide input, management and decisins n fund management fr submissin in tender pprtunities, liaising clsely with the Cmmercial Directr and wider business. Business Analysis & Data Reprting Wrk with the business and key stakehlders t understand and deliver data, peratinal and reprting requirements frm the grant fund management system. Analyse resulting data t prvide insight and recmmendatins fr decisin making in relatin t fund management. Develp systems driven, autmated prcesses fr Grant Fund Management activities, peratinal metrics, business management and client reprting. Develp recmmendatins fr data, MI and KPIs fr the Grant Fund Management system, designing and delivering business reprts, business KPIs and reprting dashbards. Stakehlder Management and Cntracting Establish and build strng relatinships with stakehlders acrss the cmpany and externally t enable respnsive planning. Build and enhance bth Client Manager and client relatinships t drive grwth in learner numbers thrugh the sharing f fund management knwledge and expertise.
