In a beautifully designed Cocktail area overlooking the venue, you can create a high impact branding experience for all attendees while they sip on drinks at the open bar. Sponsor may take over the bar area with promotional materials, advertisements or anything they wish provided it can be easily removed after the event. Only removable decals or signage/frames with light removable adhesives. Subject to approval by the venue. Sponsor is responsible for installation and removal. Sponsor can set up an activation or other type or experience for attendees (at AdClub and Venue s discretion) Sponsor receives stand-up and bar-top signage billed as Cocktail networking brought to you by during the pre-dinner cocktail reception including a signature cocktail if desired. Each table will be tasked with collaborating to create a short tagline/pitch for the specific image displayed. Following the showdown, attendees at each table will submit their best tagline/pitch. The sponsor will select the winner and each person at the winning table will receive a prize supplied by the sponsor This sponsorship will encourage interaction between the attendees, while creating a bit of fun competition. It was very well received last year.
