DAS is a fun, friendly and professional place to work, where you will have opportunities to develop, progress and learn The role will report to and work closely with the Head of Sales in establishing the sales strategy and be responsible for making sure this is established in all BTE Sales areas within DAS and both implemented and actioned correctly on an ongoing basis. The role holder will be responsible for monitoring and auditing Sales activity in order the assess progress and make further recommendations for change. Your Key Responsibilities Work with the Irish Sales Manager for the operational and marketing functions, training and implementation within the Irish sales and Administration teams Develop and maintain a sales MI suite across all divisions To develop & manage the Competitor and Market Intelligence plan. To interpret and analyse internal and external data and MI using appropriate analytical tools and methods Work with key stakeholders across the business (particularly Claims, Underwriting and Sales) to ensure appropriateness and consistency of MI and marketing messages internally and externally To understand the internal & external sources of customer & market information, and to identify where each of these can be used to provide understanding or insight for
the business To be responsible for setting and monitoring Sales Campaigns. Oversee the CRM program To proactively lead in the provision of information relating to new and existing markets, channels, regulation, legislation, and new product ideas as appropriate Sales liaison point for product marketing and projects Your Rewards In addition to the competitive basic salary offered for this role you will receive; Town Allowance 6,773 Per Annum Lunch Allowance Pension 81.00 Per Month Contributory personal pension, employees contribute a minimum of 2.5% and DAS will contribute 6% Plus: Legal Expenses Insurance cover, Home Assistance or Motor Breakdown cover, Life Assurance Cover, Group Income Protection, Childcare Voucher Scheme, Cycle Scheme.
Person Specification Job title: Sales operations Executive (6 Months) Vacancy ref: 2323/15 Our behaviours Your profile Ability to use own initiative, work with the Sales team and direction from the Sales manager to deliver to key stakeholders, support / information that will assist in maintaining DAS current position. Doing a Great Job Must be familiar with producing a suit of MI data and can design and build complex reports using advanced MI tools, such as Cognos and be able to use/ translate information to expose business performance through knowledge of data and presentation techniques. Previous strong experience of working in a Sales environment would be advantageous Building for the Future Background in Business Operations, Finance or Service preferred. Experience in other Functions will also be considered. You should be progressing towards the ACII with minimum APA qualification completed Working Together You should be able to demonstrate your ability to work within the Sales team structure and on your own initiative. Proactively builds internal & external business Relationships Adding Value Through their communications and focus, deliver on expectations within agreed time lines that will benefit DAS. Must be self-directed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, with limited management guidance
