Shipping & Booth Needs We encourage you to contact the NAHN Tradeshow Service Company, TBD, for shipping and booth needs, such as extra tables and chairs. TBD offers low shipping and furniture rates to meet your needs. If you choose not to ship through TBD you are solely responsible for your items. The conference planners will not be able to assist with shipments sent directly to the hotel, nor can we store your items.
