The conference fee for students and PhD students is 50. It includes a printed version of the proceedings, the participant s costs related to the conference, except accommodation and meals. Our editors can make a decision based on the reviewers' advice, from among several possibilities: Accept a paper without any changes (acceptance): the editor will publish the paper in its original form; Accept a paper with minor revisions (acceptance): the editor will publish the paper and asks the author/authors to make small corrections; Accept a paper after major revisions (conditional acceptance): the editor will publish the paper provided the author/authors make the changes suggested by the reviewers and/or editors; Reject a paper (outright rejection): the editor will not publish the paper or reconsider it even if the author/authors make major revisions. PUBLICATIONS Selected articles will be published in Polish Journal of Management Studies which is indexed in Scopus ( a publication fee after paper acceptance is 150) or Journal of Management and Business: Research and Practice ( a publication fee is not charged). The conference proceedings will be submitted to indexing in Web of Science.

5 ACCOMMODATION The conference will take place in a very nice Spa Nový Smokovec, in spectacular Slovak mountains the High Tatras. Participation fee does not include accommodation costs. If it is a literal quotation in inverted commas, page must be given as well; e.g. Carver, Scheier (1994), or.. (Carver, Scheier, 1994, 253).
