AIM OF THE CONFERENCE The conference aims at presenting the results of the scientific research within the National Defence University Carol I in several research areas and to extend cooperation and collaboration between military and civilian universities and research institutes. 2 TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION The scientific session will take place at the National Defence University Carol I in Bucharest. Participants are asked to take into consideration as a beginning time of activity the date of April 9, 2009, hours. For accommodation you are asked to choose from the enclosed list (the one with the addresses of some hotels in Bucharest). The transportation upon arrival in Bucharest, on the period of the conference and at departure will be provided by the organizers. CONFERENCE LANGUAGES Romanian (translation in English is provided).
