2 To all INAS Nations Dear Colleagues, We wish to invite you to the 2013 INAS Conference and General Assembly in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 24 to 29 April We are pleased to be hosting this event and look forward to welcoming you to Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. The participation fees include participation in the Conference and General Assembly, transportation to and from airport, accommodation and meals. We would appreciate your assistance in completing the Delegation form and sending it to the Organising Committee by 15 th March 2013, which will allow us to confirm all our bookings. 3 , Conference and General Assembly The delegates will stay at Atlantico Hotel, a four star establishment located in Copacabana beach.

4 The hotel is at a privileged location, close to several touristic attractions. There will be a private room for the group that seats 120 people. On the menu, Brazilian and International cuisine will be offered. The hotel also has a Lobby Bar by the Reception area that offers a variety of delicious and sophisticated drinks. GENERAL ASSEMBLY INAS General Assembly will take place at Atlantico Hotel Convention Area. The auditorium booked for the event seats up to 120 people and includes the following equipment and media resources: - AV equipment, Sound equipment, Technology equipment (computer) - Translation Services (equipment and translators) - Wireless Internet SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING The Subcommittee meetings will take place at Atlantico Hotel Convention Area. The room booked for this event seats up to 20 people and offers the following resources: - AV equipment, Sound equipment, Technology equipment (computer) - Wireless Internet REGISTRATION AND MATERIAL The Registration area will be set up at the Hotel. At the Registration desk, delegates will register to the event and pick up their Assembly Kit - briefcase, paper pad, pen. There will be bilingual staff at the Registration desk.

5 SOCIAL EVENTS A Dinner will be offered at the end of the Assembly to all delegates. Sightseeing tours will be available for purchase. The booking of these tours should be done directly by each delegate, according to their own schedule within the Assembly. The Transportation Team will be responsible for booking the tours for the participants. TRANSPORTATION The transportation from/ to the airport: Aeroporto Internacional do Galeão - Antônio Carlos Jobim will be available to all participants. The Vans schedule will be planned based on all arrival and departure times sent to the Organization Committee prior to the Assembly. This will ensure the waiting time at the airport upon arrival will be minimal. In case of flight delays or cancelations there will be transportation available as well. The Organization Committee will arrange for a greetings team at the airport and at the hotel to welcome the delegates and help them with anything they may need. There will be a Housing Coordinator that will be responsible for making and confirming the hotel bookings for the delegates. This person will also assist the participants with any help they may need during the Pre-Registration period. MEDICAL SERVICES Medical services will be provided at all times of the Assembly. An Ambulance and a medical team will be on site to assist with any medical issue, including removal to a local Hospital.
