2 Dear friends, the Czech Gymnastics Federation has the honor to invite you to the First International Cup in TeamGym in 2014 for clubs, which will be held during the Czech Open Championship Prospect Cup (3 4 May 2014) in Ostrava. A/ General info 1. Organizer: The Czech Gymnastics Federation (CGF) delegates Sport Commision of the town Ostrava The CGF will cooperate and help the organizer to manage some parts of organizing. 2. 3 Hotel Vista offers possibility of the raut breakfast 5 EUR/person/day. In case, that the accommodation will not be cancelled at least one week before the event, there is the cancellation fee of 100 %. There will be the free of charge shuttle arranged for people who will be accommodated in Vista Hotel from the hotel to the sports hall and back. 8. Meal: Covered by teams (not ensured by organizer; there is a possibility to buy the refreshment in competition area or in restaurants nearby). 9. Transport & Travel costs: Travel costs are covered by teams. The organizer provides transport between Ostrava Airport or Ostrava Railway station to the hotel. Competion office: Will be opened in competition area: B/ Technical statements Friday Saturday and Sunday Regulations: According: - Code of Points for TeamGym UEG, edition September 2013 (for teams in category Senior and Junior IV (equal to Junior category UEG) - Code of Points for TeamGym Junior Czech, edition January 2005 (for teams in category Junior Czech I-III) incl. attachments; these CoP are based on simplified UEG CoP IC youth and Trio valid according to rules for the year CGF competition rules - schedule of this competition. 12. Disciplines: Floor Performance Tumbling Trampette 13. Equipment According to UEG requirements. Teams are allowed to use their own trampettes with accordance of UEG requirements (cat. Senior and Junior IV) or TeamGym Junior Czech (cat. Junior I-III) controlled at accreditation. 14. Participants: Junior I born 2003 and younger Junior II born 1998 and younger Junior III born 1998 and older Junior IV born (equal to Junior category UEG) Senior born 1998 and older IC youth born IC TRIO youth, junior, senior 15. Condition for attendance: Registration form send in time, accreditation in competition office, valid health check no older then 1 year, copy of payment of 3

4 competition fees or payment at place during accreditation. Each team must ensure 1 judge (cat. Senior and Junior IV) with knowledge of Code of points for TeamGym UEG who will be judging for the whole competiton day. In case of not respecting this condition there is additional fee 120 EUR permissing judge. Each team must ensure 1 judge (cat. Junior I-III) with knowledge of Code of points for TeamGym Junior I-III who will be judging for the whole competiton day. In case of not respecting this condition there is additional fee 80 EUR per missing judge. Each judge must attend judges meeting on Saturday ( ) cat. Junior IV and Senior, IC TRIO, IC Youth and on Sunday cat Junior I - III. The drawing of the judges for each panel will be done at the judges meetings. 16. Compet. fees: 140 EUR per team (please send to the account of the Czech Gymnastics Federation see above) 60 EUR per IC TRIO (please send to the account of the Czech Gymnastics Federation see above) Payment date till 14 th April 2014 If the registered team does not participate - competition fees will not be sent back! 17. Protests: According UEG and Czech Gymnastics Federation rules. 18. In case, that there will be less teams in the category IC Youth than 3, this category will not be taken place and instead of it there will be postponed the category Junior III from the Sunday afternoon. If such situation will happen, the teams will be informed immediately after the closing of the entries, it means 15. April Titles and prizes: Winning team in categories Senior and Junior I-IV becomes an International Champion of the Czech Republic 2014 and will receive gold medals and diploma. Teams on 2nd and 3rd places will receive medals and diploma. Team on other places will receive diploma. Note: getting the title International Champion of the Czech Republic 2014 is possible if minimum 3 teams participate in each category. For the categories Junior IV and Senior, the categories will be divided for women, men and mix. The other categories will not be divided according to the sex. Maximum number of team members including reserve gymnasts is coaches (for Junior I III) Maximum number of team members including reserve gymnasts coaches (for Junior IV and Senior) Maximum number of members in Trio including reserve gymnasts is coaches. All members of the team will get medals incl. the coaches. All teams must attend both opening and closing ceremony. C/ Final info: 20. Instructions Music for each discipline must be on separate CD; labeled with name and number of the team and discipline. It means that on each CD there should be only one music of one discipline. 21. Coaches: Coaches who will give security on trampette or tumbling should be 18 years and older. 5

6 22. Results: Organiser will give the printed results to all participants (teams) after award ceremony. Then the results will be published electronically on the CGF webpage: and on the web page of TeamGym Doping: According to FIG regulations. 24.
