DATES: 14 th November: 13:00 Main Event Round 15 th November: 09:00 Main Event Round 16 th November: 09:00 Main Event Round Semi-finals Doubles Events 17 th November: 09:00 Semi-finals Singles Events 10:00 Finals DISCIPLINES: Number of players/pairs in the main competition: men s singles (96), women s singles (96), men s doubles (48), women s doubles (48), mixed doubles (64) It is required that every event has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with regulation 10.5 in Appendix 6 to BWF s General Competition Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. TOURNAMENT SYSTEM: K.O. 3 ELIGIBLE PLAYERS: All players of clubs affiliated through their National Associations to the INTERNATIONAL BADMINTON FEDERATION Participation in the Yonex Czech Junior International Orlová 2013 shall be restricted to players born in 1995 or later. SHUTTLES: YONEX AS 30/50 COURTS: Five special badminton courts ENTRIES: All entries should be made by entry form and shall be sent to: CZECH BADMINTON FEDERATION ZÁTOPKOVA 100/ PRAHA 6 - STRAHOV Phone/fax: address: badminton@cuscz.cz The entries must be done in order of strength of players. All entries will be confirmed by the organizer. CLOSING DATE: 22 nd October 2013 ENTRY FEES: 25,- for single, 20,- for doubles per player. The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BE Junior Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn by the Member Association by midnight local time on the closing date. It is recommended that the entry fees are paid by bank transfer, but the organisers can accept cash payments at tournaments. DRAW: 5 th November 2013 REFEREE: PRIZES Ing. Ivan Škácha address : ivan.skacha@volny.cz Material prizes ACCOMMODATION: Should be ordered together with the entries before 22 nd October 2013 PAYMENT: All payments must be done cash at the accreditation and in Euro only (we don t accept credit cards etc.). INSURANCE: CONDITIONS OF PLAY: To be arranged individually by participants. The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations as adopted by the BWF as well as the Regulations of the Badminton Europe Junior Circuit 2013/2014. In the events of any dispute, the Referee s decision shall be final. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times quoted in the order of play for the events for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when called. Therefore competitors should not leave the playing area during the tournament without the Referee s permission.

4 Advertisement and Clothing Regulations: According to the BWF Competition Regulations reg. 19 to 23. VISAS: After entering a player(s) in the tournaments it is the Member Nation s responsibility to secure visas for their players if this is needed. Make sure that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournaments Organisers will have to do everything possible to enable the entered players to get a visa. The organizer has the authority to make any changes in accommodation if necessary in order to arrange accommodation for all teams. All hotels are without a breakfast! (Only Hotel Sport Karvina has an accommodation including breakfast.)

5 Hotel bills have to be paid to the local organizer before the championship, immediately on the arrival MEALS: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Restaurant Silvie cca 300 m from Sport hall. Meals will be for 14,- per person and day ( 4,- breakfast, 5,- lunch, 5,- dinner ). The first meal will be lunch on Thursday 14 th, November TRANSPORT Location: Orlová lies in district of Karviná, near the boarders with Poland and the Slovak Republic. It is 20 km far from Ostrava which is a city situated 400 km from Prague. By car - from Prague : Motorway E 50 direction Brno, motorway E 462 direction Olomouc, from Olomouc direction Ostrava, from Ostrava direction Karviná, Orlová lies between Ostrava and Karviná. By train - Railway Prague - Main station (Hlavní nádraží) - Ostrava Main station (Hlavní nádraží) By air - There is regular air connection between international airport in Prague and local airport in Ostrava Mošnov. Transport by car from local airport Ostrava Mošnov to the hotel will be arranged by organizer. Requirement for the transport must be made in advance ( 15,- per car)..
