5 Best Practice for Conference Call It s recommended that where possible participants should use a Local access number to access a conference call. The leader of a conference call is charged if a participant uses a local number to access the call, as well as the participant being charged by their local telecom company for making the call. For client calls, a Freephone number is best practice as your client will not have to pay to join your conference call. (Charged by local telecoms provider to make that call) If a SunGard employee can not find the desired in country free phone number on their confirmation or on the telephone numbers listed in this document then they should request a number for that country by ing jgormley@intercalleurope.com, a general free phone number, where possible will then be issued for the call. If InterCall is unable to provide an in country Local Access or Free phone number then participants should use the Standard International Dial in Number to access the call. This number can be found on your wallet card, your account confirmation or on the list of numbers in this document. Some free phone numbers have restrictions such as not being accessible from payphones or mobile phones. In this instance users should call a local number to access the call. Again these can be found on the account confirmation or on the list of numbers in this document. If the user cannot find the desired in country local number then this should be requested by ing jgormley@intercalleurope.com, a general local number, where possible will then be issued for the call. If InterCall is unable to provide an in country local phone number and restrictions apply that prevent the participants using a free phone number then the participant should use the Standard International Dial in Number to access the call. This number can be found on your wallet card, account confirmation and on the list of numbers in this document. The leader can mute all participant lines by pressing *5 on their telephone keypad and un-mute their lines by pressing #5. For any additional information please jgormley@intercalleurope.com Requesting a Conferencing Account Please contact the Global IT Helpdesk at (866) or global.it.helpdesk.com who will send you a request form for completion and will obtain the appropriate approvals from your line manager. Your details will be ed to you within a few days following receipt of approval and submission of the request to InterCall. Once you receive your details you can start using your account, please keep your details saved. Further to this you will receive a wallet card and welcome letter in the post within 10 working days of you receiving your account details .
