2 If yu have any prgram questins r technical issues with the sign-up prcess fr the Staples PTA Discunt / Rewards Prgram, please cntact the Staples Natinal Accunt Supprt Center at r [email protected] Upn cmpleting the Staples nline sign-up prcess fr the PTA Discunt / Rewards Prgram, a cnfirmatin message will be prvided. PTA Members requesting new Staples Rewards numbers will be issued a new Discunt Card. There is a shrt delay in prcessing the actual cards at this time. Expect the cards in a matter f a few weeks. Hwever, within hurs f requesting a Rewards accunt with Staples, the accunt is active even withut the card.

3 If as a new Staples Rewards Member, yu d nt have a card in hand, and have waited the hurs, yu may still use yur discunt accunt. Simply g t any Staples stre, and at checkut, infrm the Staples assciate that yu have a PTA Staples Rewards accunt, and prvide the phne number used in the registratin prcess. The stre assciate then will lk up yur Rewards number by phne number, and attach the discunts t yur rder. Due t the prcessing perid after registering fr the discunt prgram, it is encuraged that individuals sign up in advance f when they want t begin using the PTA discunts at Staples. Hw the discunts wrk / Hw t participate The PTA discunts are tied t a specific individual s Staples Rewards Accunt and physical Staples Rewards Card. The sign-up prcess described abve must be cmpleted successfully befre an individual will get these discunts at Staples. At this time, the PTA discunts are nly available in-stre and are nt yet available nline. Nte: The standard 5% Staples Rewards Prgram applies fr purchases frm staples.cm, s make sure t enter yur rewards number when making nline purchases fr items that yu are unable t purchase in-stre. The Staples assciates will nt be able t hnr the PTA discunt if an individual simply asks fr the PTA discunt in-stre. A PTA member must either prvide their Staples Rewards card at the time f purchase (which is prgrammed with the PTA discunts nce the sign-up prcess abve is cmpleted) OR a PTA member may prvide their phne number at the time f purchase in a Staples stre which will be linked t that individual s Staples Rewards accunt that has been prgrammed with the PTA discunts. Shwing a PTA Member Card will nt entitle an individual t getting the special PTA discunts at Staples. The individual must first have enrlled in the Staples PTA Discunt Rewards Prgram as described abve and then prvide either a physical Staples Rewards card at the time f check-ut/purchase r prvide a phne number that links t their Staples Rewards Accunt.
