Website Maintenance Plicy We define "Maintenance" as keeping the web site current. It is nt intended t be a new design. We maintain a current backup, and archive all submitted files fr yur website. We reserve the right t distinguish between "updates" and "new designs". Changing the navigatin, the adding f new pages, graphic changes, buttns, etc. are cnsidered new designs and charged accrdingly t ur hurly design rate. It is the client's respnsibility t review updates and ntify us f any necessary changes that we need t make. There will be n charge fr any errrs n ur part. Hwever, if a change needs t be made due t client errr, the regular hurly update fees will be charged. Yur rate is calculated n the ttal time invlved in cmpleting the updates. Billing ccurs n the 30th day frm yur cntract date every mnth. Updates shuld be prvided electrnically (by ) as much as pssible. Attachments shuld be in text frmat (.txt r Wrd.dc frmats are fine). Send digitized pictures in cmmn frmat such as.jpg,.gif,.ai,.psd,.png,.bmp, etc. Updates may als be sent by pstal mail r by fax. This will require retyping data r the scanning f phts and will cst mre t cmplete yur changes. Yur web site may be using third-party cmpnents. We have n cntrl ver what third party sites d and take n respnsibility fr lss f infrmatin due t actins f these sites. Any changes t yur site stemming frm regulatins f these third party cmpnents will be billed a t the nrmal maintenance rate. ii

Graphics & Animatin Updates adding, editing and sizing f any pictures / animatins t the existing website which des nt fall under the scpe f the layut r actual design f existing website. 2. Website Cntent Updates adding, editing and/r remving any text r cpy n the existing site including any articles, reprts, cntact infrmatin and prduct r service descriptin. 3. Script / Prgram Updates adding, editing, remving and installing any scripts, prgrams r sftware t the existing website can be dne under the scpe f this cntract prvided it des nt change the verall design r lk f the site mre than 30%. If this will change the existing website mre than 30% then it wuld fall under the scpe f a New r Redesign Cntract. 4. Services We Offer We mnitr yur web site intermittently and upn yur request. We check fr and fix any brken links. We check fr pr r fading images and replace as required. We update yur web page (static page) Meta tags. We list yur business with search engines mnthly. We search fr and recmmend t yu web cmpanies fr reciprcal linking r affiliating with, that will better expse yur cmpany. We will test all accunts (requires yu t cnfirm receipt). We will remain in-tuch with yur server(s) and infrm yu if any server changes are imprtant t yur accunt. We will make minr changes t sentence r paragraph wrding (this des nt include remving nearly all the text frm a page and replacing it with new text). Website Marketing the scpe f this cntract des nt include making any changes t existing Meta-tags, Alt-tags, Titles, Keywrds r Descriptins. These tasks fall under the scpe f Search Engine Optimizatin and require a different cntract. 3. Andrid and Apple I phne versins versin will be charged separately. Excella Technlgies Web Maintenance Plans include all the required services fr maintaining yur web site at an unmatched price. Annual Maintenance Cntract Payment terms and Cnditins: Cntract will be fr a 12 mnths perid, cmmencing n the day f signing this cntract. After a 12 mnth perid, a mnth by mnth maintenance plan is available, t meet yur cmpany s nging needs. AMC Cst fr ne website This cntract csts Rs. 5, per year, plus applicable taxes. This includes all necessary editing, additins and mdificatins. RESPONSIBILITY AND RIGHTS CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO SUPPLY AND/OR OBTAIN THE RIGHTS AND PERMISSION FOR ANY CONTEXT OR IMAGES TO BE USED ON THE SITE. CLIENT WILL NOT IMPEDE UPON EXCELLA TECHNOLOGIES TO USE "PIRATED" SOFTWARE OR ENGAGE IN ANY MEANS OF PLAGIARISM. CLIENT AND EXCELLA TECHNOLOGIES MUST JOINTLY CLEAR ANY THIRD PARTY INVOLVEMENT IN THE WEBSITE. iv
