Until then this student infrmatin sheet is designed t give yu preliminary insight in t the prgram and the key requirements yu ll need t understand befre yu submit yur applicatin and payment t reserve yur seat. The infrmatin presented here have been created t ensure ur students have a clear understanding f what is expected f them and what can be expected frm us with regard t enrllment, participatin and cmpletin f the prgram. Yur Materials Yu will receive yur printed and nline curse materials frm ur Custmer Success Manager nce the prgram has been paid in full, typically within a few days. Yur textbk will be prvided t yu n day ne f yur in-persn training. These materials include: The Institute Student Resurce Manual (pdf) The HR Cach Playbk and Guide (pdf) Organizatinal Caching Textbk (Print) Link t cmplete yur MBTI Assessment Link t yur Mastermind Webinar series Online Access t Institute Tls and Resurces Yu shuld secure a headset with a mute buttn. Dwnlad a recrding app that allws yu t recrd calls frm yur cell phne. This will cme in handy when trying t recrd yur caching sessins by phne. There are sme free apps and sme fr pay. Yu shuld test a few t see which ne will wrk best with yur device. In yur phne s app stre, search fr high quality call recrding apps. Headsets are nw cst effective, and will prevent yu frm experiencing physical discmfrt while participating in the virtual prgram, while cnducting phne meetings with yur mastermind and during yur telephne caching sessins. Get Ready t Wrk! Please plan t spend at least 2-4 hurs utside f class time per week t apply what yu re learning in this prgram. If yu cannt set aside time t practice, yu ll find that this a very challenging experience. Yu ll need

2 t submit at least 3 recrdings f a recrded caching cnversatin. Ntify family, friends and even c-wrkers f yur training and that yu ll need lts f vlunteers willing t receive caching frm a trained cach. By lining up willing vlunteers, yu ll find the hmewrk assignments much easier t cmplete. Finally, this is nt the time t be shy. We ll need t bserve yur caching during ur in-persn training and during ur virtual calls. These bservatins are meant t help yu imprve yur caching technique and make yu int a highly skilled cach. Cme t the calls ready t cach and t be cached by yur peers. Institute Plicies Belw is just a brief verview f sme key plicies. Yu ll receive a mre in depth review f ur plicies and prcedures during yur upcming rientatin. It is ur gal t prvide a high level f service and training. Therefre, we have established certain standards f behavir t guide yur experience n ur virtual campus. We expect all students t accept and cmmit t these standards and t cnduct themselves in a manner cnducive t an educatinal and prfessinal caching envirnment. The Institute reserves the right t change ur plicies, prcedures, rules, regulatins, and infrmatin at anytime. Changes will becme effective upn staff s determinatin, and the changes will apply t bth prspective students and thse already enrlled. It is the respnsibility f the student t stay abreast f these changes. These changes will be annunced by direct cmmunicatin frm ur ffices. Payment Plicy If yu have chsen t pay fr yur tuitin via payment plan all recurring credit card payments will be prcessed each mnth until yu are paid in full. Yur enrllment in a curse is based n the receipt f funds fr bth the depsit and balance due prir t the start f class. If we d nt receive payment in full prir t the start f class, we reserve the right t take any f the fllwing actins: a) Withdraw yu frm the training prgram with mnies paid t date applied t a future prgram, r b) Assess a mnthly late fee. All prgram enrllments are subject t availability. Transfers t ther Institute prgrams will nt be granted and there are n withdrawals allwed after the clse f day 1 f the training. If we are assessed insufficient fund fees, yu w be charged $45 prcessing fee fr each ccurrence and may be asked t submit a different frm f payment. If we d nt hear frm yu within 48 hurs f ur ntificatin f yur insufficient funds, yur requested space in the curse(s) may be released. Refund/Withdrawal Plicy We understand that smetimes plans change. Because ur training is quite intensive, we have created limited-size training prgrams and yur registratin reserves yur space in the class. Therefre, cancellatin f 2016 by TheHRCachingInstitute.cm. 3 yur registratin may prevent thers frm registering because a spt is being held in gd faith fr yu. If yu cancel 30 days prir t the start f the event, yu will receive a full refund less a $200 administrative cancellatin fee. Cancellatins that are made less than 30 days befre the start f a prgram will nt be refunded but may be transferred t anther persn with written apprval by the authrizing individual r rganizatin. Yu may als wish t freeze yur payment fr the next scheduled training r apply the payment twards ther prgrams r services. Yu may freeze yur payment fr the next scheduled training fr up t 1 year frm the date f the riginally scheduled training. We reserve the right t change ur prgrams, withut ntice, as well any service r prduct ffered. Attendance Plicy Because f the intense scheduling frmat f this curse. It is imprtant fr students t attend all f their classes fr each curse in the prgram. Students shuld refrain frm enrlling in prgrams when it is knwn in advance that ne sessin will be missed. Students shuld examine their schedule and the varius training ptins available and nly enrll int prgrams when they are cnfident that all sessins can be attended. In rder t receive class credit, yur facilitatr must be aware f yur presence during each sessin. Yur facilitatr will take attendance within the first 5 minutes f class and will check attendance again at the end f the sessin. Students must be present n later than 5 minutes after the sessin begins and may nt leave mre than 5 minutes early t receive class credit. Yu must attend all virtual curses t receive credit. Students wh miss a virtual curse will be required t take the next virtual curse ffering in rder t successfully prceed thrugh the prgram. Enrllment Deadline Plicy Enrllments fr prgrams will be accepted until 48-hurs befre the first class. After that time, prgrams are cnsidered clsed. There are n exceptins t this plicy and late enrllments are nt accepted. D nt cntact facilitatrs t request an exceptin. Yu will receive a cnfirmatin by . 4 Students may freely drp prgrams thrugh the nline system up until they are within the 30 day deadline. T drp frm a prgram, [email protected]. Our refund plicy will apply. If at all pssible, please drp prgrams befre the 30-day deadline. This will allw a student that is n the waiting list t take yur place. We understand that last-minute schedule changes ccasinally d happen. In the event yu need t drp a prgram after the 30-day deadline, please cntact the Custmer Success Manager. Fr any student wh des nt meet prgram requirements, des nt cmplete the required number f sessins r fully participate and cmplete assigned prgram wrk, we will reserve the right t impse a limit, reducing the allwed number f prgram re-enrllments accrdingly. Prgram Pre-requisites and Requirements The Pre-requisite will be ffered prir t the start f each prgram t ensure ptential enrllee s are infrmed f the requirements and can make infrmed decisins abut their develpment. In additin, each prgram builds ff the next, therefre it is critical that all make-up wrk is cmpleted befre the start f the next curse. A prgram descriptin is available during the enrllment prcess fr this prgram. Befre prceeding with enrllment, review the pre-requisites t ensure that yu have met the criteria befre enrlling. If yu enrll and have nt met the pre-requisites fr the prgram, yu will receive an indicating yu have nt met the pre-requisite and may be drpped frm the prgram. Prgram Cancellatins All prgrams must have at least five and n mre than twenty students fr practice labs in rder t ensure the best pssible learning experience. We reserve the right t cancel any prgram that des nt meet this criterin. Prgrams with fewer than five students are subject t cancellatin. Phtgraph & Vide Release Yu hereby grant permissin t The HR Caching Institute (THRCI) representatives, t take and use phtgraphs and/r digital images f yu fr use in news releases and/r prmtinal materials. These materials might include printed r electrnic publicatins, websites r ther electrnic cmmunicatins. If yu chse t decline, please submit yur decisin in writing t The HR Caching Institute (THRCI). Otherwise, yu hereby waive any right t inspect r apprve the use f the images. Yu hereby release, defend, indemnify and hld harmless THRCI frm and against any claims, damages r liability arising frm r related t the use f the images r materials, including but nt limited t claims f defamatin, invasin f privacy, r rights f publicity r cpyright infringement, r any misuse, distrtin, blurring, alteratin, ptical illusin r use in cmpsite frm that may ccur r be prduced in taking, prcessing, reductin r prductin f the finished prduct, its publicatin r distributin. 5 digital reprductins shall be the prperty f The HR Caching Institute (THRCI) in perpetuity. By granting THRCI permissin, yu agree that yur name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text r cmmentary in cnnectin with the image(s). Waiting Lists When a prgram has been filled, individuals seeking enrllment will have the ptin f placing their name n a waiting list. We encurage this ptin, as it indicates t us the need t create additinal Masterminds. When the waiting list reaches a certain number f students (defined internally) anther Mastermind will be scheduled at the same date and same time as the riginal prgram whenever pssible. Additinal prgrams added based n waiting lists are nt guaranteed t run if minimum enrllment numbers are nt reached. T be added t a waiting list, enrll as yu nrmally wuld and the Custmer Success Manager will ntify yu if the curse is full and f waiting list ptins. Remember that if yu enrll n a waiting list, yu must leave a space pen n yur schedule in rder t be added t the prgram if yur name cmes up. Prgram Tests & Exams Prgrams that have nline self-tests must be cmpleted in rder t graduate frm the HR Cach Certificatin prgram. The tests are true/false and multiple chice and yu must have a scre f 80% r better in rder t pass. If yu d nt pass, yu may re-take the test as many times as necessary t achieve a passing scre. Agreements Thank yu fr enrlling in the Certificatin Prgram. Yu are abut t begin an exciting jurney tward yur caching mastery. Please nte: this agreement is a legally binding instrument upn virtual/written acceptance f yur participatin in the prgram yu are enrlling in unless cancelled pursuant t the cancellatin plicy stated herein. My agreement belw indicates: I have read and understand these key aspects f the HR Certificatin Prgram as described herein including the cnfidentiality agreement and The Institute s cancel and refund plicies. I understand that webinars and telecurse calls may be recrded fr training purpses r fr the use f current and future prgram participants. I understand that the recrdings f my caching may be used fr The Institute facilitatr training purpses. I agree t take the actins as required by the prgram design.
