As a Butler Builder, yu are eligible t participate in the BUTLERiCONNECT Marketing Prgram ( Prgram ). The prgram is a shared cst advertising prgram available t yu as an authrized Butler Builder t supplement yur existing marketing t prmte and build awareness f yur cmpany and the Butler Manufacturing brand in yur lcal markets. Participatin is vluntary and eligibility is based n prir sales perfrmance and ther factrs explained belw. Participatin in the Prgram allws yur Buildership t leverage its advertising dllars by utilizing marketing funds set aside by Butler t help subsidize the cst f yur advertising. By participating in the Prgram, yu have access t a variety f prfessinally designed advertising materials that can easily be persnalized (tagged) with yur cmpany lg and cntact infrmatin. Yu can apply the marketing funds available t yu t help defray the cst f yur advertising, allwing yur Buildership t: Advertise mre ften, fr less cst Increase leads t grw yur business Get a cmpetitive advantage in yur market

Apprved media channels Butler Marketing Funds ( Funds ) may be used if yu fllw these Guidelines: Use the Butler marketing materials fund in the Asset Library n BUTLERiCONNECT Advertise in at least ne f these media channels: Radi Televisin Print Advertising Banner Advertising Ggle Ad Wrds Direct Mail Web Sites Lcal Listings Management Building Prfit Magazine and ENewsletter Prgram Certain campaigns r prmtins may have special rules be sure t check at BUTLERiCONNECT r with yur BUTLERiCONNECT marketing team prir t deplying any marketing activities under the Prgram. Butler Builder marketing funds The Funds available t yu fr a marketing perid are tw percent (2%) f purchased and shipped Butler prducts- des nt include Classic ll sales. Yu earn funds befre yu spend; funds accrued are based n the past 6 mnth s sales. The tw marketing perids are First Half and Secnd Half. First Half perid accruals run frm July 1 December 31 f the previus year. Secnd Half funds accrue January 1 June 30 f the same year. At the discretin f Butler management, newly appinted Butler Builders can receive up t $5,000 in their c-marketing funds, upn signing f their Butler Builder agreement. Yu may check yur Funds balance at any time by ging t the Funds page n the BUTLERiCONNECT prtal r cntacting yur BUTLERiCONNECT marketing team. Additinally, the primary accunt n yur MyBuildernet.cm accunt will receive an frm BUTLERiCONNECT each mnth indicating Funds are added t yur accunt. Eligible placed and paid marketing expenditures are reimbursed at 50%, up t yur Fund balance. This is a 1:1 matching f yur accrued funds amunt.

Be sure t take full advantage f yur Butler Marketing Funds t grw yur business; the Fund balance fr any marketing perid is based slely n sales/shipments (see abve fr details) during the marketing perid. Funds d nt carry ver frm ne marketing perid t the next. Marketing reimbursement and media advertising verificatin Reimbursement fr marketing expenditures requires: 1. Adherence t these Guidelines and all ther rules f the Prgram; 2. Cmpliance with the Butler Builder Agreement, including nt selling prducts f ther PEB manufacturers; and, 3. Being in gd standing with Butler Manufacturing s Credit Department Applying fr reimbursement If the media yu purchase is Ggle Ad Wrds, Web Sites, r DAC Grup services, yu d nt need t submit the Prf f Perfrmance dcumentatin as yu d with ther traditinal media advertising. The ButleriCnnect custmer service team will prcess thse reimbursements autmatically fr yu. If yu purchase media n yur wn r thrugh an independent advertising media agency, yu must d the fllwing: Cmplete the marketing reimbursement infrmatin prvided in the reimbursement tab and uplad yur scanned prf f perfrmance supprt dcumentatin (invice, tear sheets, ntarized affidavit f perfrmance in ANA/RAB frmat frm the bradcast statin n the script, etc.) directly int the system r mail cpies t: BUTLERiCONNECT C-Marketing Prgram Custmer Service P.O. Yu will have the pprtunity t resubmit the frm within 30 days f the ntificatin letter with prper dcumentatin if imprper dcumentatin was the reasn fr denial. Yu must submit this media prf f perfrmance dcumentatin if yu placed yur advertising utside f the ButleriCnnect prtal n yur wn r thrugh an independent media agency:
