3 FESTIVE PARTY NIGHTS Arranging your festive party? Looking for good food, service and entertainment? Why not hand the stress over to our talented team of Party Planners who have a range of options for you to consider. The Lowry Hotels, Party Nights are famous for great food and service. We have key dates available for our party nights or if you are looking to hire an exclusive room for a larger party we have a variety of function rooms that are perfect for groups of people, and our Grand Ballroom can hold up to 280 people. Each evening will begin at 7.00pm with a sparkling wine reception followed by a festive three course meal with coffee and mince pies and dancing till 1.00pm. 4 PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE LOWRY HOTEL Responsible for planning a festive event? Whether it s for a gathering of friends and family or for your work event we have a range of options for you: For all bookings of between 15 and 22, The River Bar & Grill would be delighted to offer private hire of the Festive Private Dining Room, for lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner. The room will be decorated with a Christmas tree and novelties and we can even arrange for Santa to visit to help with distributing your secret Santa presents. Alternatively create your own event, a wine dinner or cocktail Afternoon Tea working with our executive head chef and restaurant manager available for lunch, dinner or Afternoon Tea.

16 TERMS & CONDITIONS 50% deposit will be required on booking your group or private event with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the date of your group or special event. A non-refundable deposit of per person for Party Nights with full payment to be made before 1 November Each booking of minimum of 10 will be required to sign a contract. The Lowry Hotel reserves the right to charge, in full, for any decrease from the final numbers given or the minimum chargeable number as shown on the event order form. The Hotel reserves the right to relocate functions when numbers fall from the optimum level for the suite booked and when an alternative suite is available. Any function for which advance payment is overdue by more than 7 days may be cancelled by the hotel. Any credit accounts being settled by a credit card would be subject to a 3% processing fee. If the Client cancels a reservation The Lowry Hotel reserves the right to claim the following sums, unless a booking is obtained for the same dates from a third party on no less favourable terms: (a) Cancellation between 6 and 12 months in advance - 25% of total anticipated charges. (b) Cancellation between 3 and 6 months in advance 50% of total anticipated charges. (c) Cancellation between 2 and 3 months in advance 75% of total anticipated charges. (d) Cancellation between 1 and 30 days in advance - 100% of total anticipated charges. In all instances, notification of cancellation must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by the Hotel. The cheque should have the following information written on the back: name and address of organiser, date of function and name of party. Cheques should be made payable to The Lowry Hotel. Functions and accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been paid and received by the hotel. You will be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf. The Hotel s management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT set at the current rate at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission. The Hotel reserves the right to re-arrange any or all bookings for a festive event. The hotel will make every effort to advise of cancellations as soon as possible. The management reserves the right to re-arrange events and offer alternative dates. Guests are not permitted to bring their own wines or spirits into the hotel or grounds for consumption on the premises. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, The Lowry Hotel cancels an event, full payment will be refunded. If any cancellations are made in your numbers, no money will be refunded. Balance of payments cannot be refunded after 1st November 2015.
