Gressingham Duck Liver and Orange Parfait Wrapped in Parma ham, Arran oaties and plum relish. Baked Goats Cheese in Crisp Filo Pastry (v) With cous-cous, apple and walnut salad, garnished with a beetroot emulsion. Thyme Buttered Roast Turkey Breast Served with a sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, market vegetables, chipolatas & pan roasting gravy. Gently Poached Pinwheel of Salmon Accompanied with soft herbs, saffron and spring onion risotto, baby vegetables and lemon butter sauce.
