7 Contract Conditions: The selected Menu includes: Burgundy and white tablecloths, with seat covers and bows. Waiters. Standard floral centrepieces for banquet hall and appetizer tables. Invitation to previously sample the menu in the La Terraza Restaurant once the event has been confirmed: 4 people: Banquet with more than 100 guests. 2 people: Banquet with at least 50 guests. Complementary Services: Disc Jockey hiring through the Hotel to liven up the event 600 (prices subject to possible increase), Includes service of 5 hours (each extra hour costs 100 /h). Please bear the following in mind: Music is permitted until 2:00 a.m. in all our banquet halls, with the exception of the Salon Palmeras where music is permitted until 4:00 a.m. Music after the meal may only be hired during the Open Bar (Up to 4:00 a.m. at the latest). The musicians or groups hired have to respect the voltage and decibel levels established by the Hotel, with the Hotel reserving the right to admission. 8 Cancellation Terms: One month prior to the event: 25% of the total amount of the services requested. 15 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount of the services requested.. 72 hours prior to the event: 100% of the services requested. All prices offered are valid from the First of December 2012 untill the 15 th of January VAT has to be added to the total amount of the invoice.
