Points are earned through longevity of participation at the IATP Annual Conference, the number of booths utilized, and sponsorship of IATP functions and programs throughout the year including the Annual Conference. If you are an owner or operator of an indoor trampoline park or a prospective owner or operator of an indoor trampoline park you won t want to miss the only event dedicated 100% to the indoor trampoline park industry! Additionally if you supply a product or a service to the industry you will want to attend! What is the expected attendance? Our Annual Conference & Trade Show has grown every year and has doubled in size from the first event in We are anticipating at least 500 attendees and vendors at our event. How are presenters chosen for conference workshops? Presenters submit proposals on a variety of topics pertinent to the indoor trampoline park industry. The IATP Program Committee ultimately selects which workshops will be offered based on feedback from previous years. 7 F REQUENT QUESTIONS & ANSWERS When will the exhibit floor be open? The exhibit floor will open on Tuesday, September 13th at 5:30 pm when we kick off our welcome reception! The floor will remain open with dedicated trade show hours on Wednesday and Thursday. We strive to meet the needs of our conference attendees and exhibitors alike to ensure a successful event for everyone! Where do I request carpet, electric, power, or other elements for by booth? All requests need to be directed to our exhibit company, Freeman. Please see your exhibitor packet for details. Who helps during set up and tear down? Exhibitors are expected to handle all physical set up and tear down needs for their own exhibits. What meals are included in my registration? The following is included with your registration: September 13th - cocktail reception September 14th - breakfast, breaks and lunch September 15th - breakfast, breaks and lunch If you wish to attend the 4th Annual Awards Bash, an additional ticket must be purchased. What is the dress code for the annual conference & trade show? We re trampoline park people!! We are casual and business casual at best! Come comfortable, prepared to educate and sell! How do I get there? You will want to book your flights into - Nashville Metropolitan Airport (BNA) Travel Distance to the hotel: Approximately 4.83 km/3.0 miles Options for getting to and from the hotel include: Taxi o Fee: $15 US; Typical fee is $10 to $15. You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the IATP, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. 11 EXHIBITOR & ATTENDEE POLICIES IATP OUTBOARDING POLICY Outboarding is defined as marketing, sales, and hospitality events conducted by exhibitors and others capitalizing on the presence of buyers and/or sellers attending the original show without previously notifying the original show organizer and finalizing an arrangement that benefits both parties. We ask that any events are scheduled outside of the scheduled IATP exhibit times. IATP SUITCASING POLICY Please note that while all meeting attendees are invited to the exhibit hall, any attendees who are observed to be soliciting business and have not registered as an exhibitor on the exhibit floor or in the facility in which the IATP conference & trade show are taking place will be asked to return their conference attendee badges and to leave the facility immediately. Violators will not be allowed to return to the IATP conference & trade show, and no refunds will be made. IATP INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CODE OF CONDUCT Any company displaying any materials, photographs or products which are not their legal property, or which they have not obtained appropriate permission to display at the IATP trade show, may be subject to legal action by the rightful owners of these materials, photographs, or products. Members who do not adhere to this code of conduct will forfeit their IATP membership and will be required to leave the trade show as well as prohibited from future IATP events.
