Eligibility With the exceptin f SES emplyees and Office Directrs, all NOAA emplyees pssessing a current perfrmance rating f Meets r Exceeds r Eligible are eligible. Emplyees are chsen frm all ccupatins and grade levels within the rganizatin. Each Line Office and Staff Office selects an emplyee n a rtating basis that repeats every seventh mnth.
