We represent 240 banks with more than 1,400 locations across the state. Welcome, Introductions and Lunch Jane Haskin Chairman, OBA First Bethany Bank and Trust, Bethany mary Fallin Governor of Oklahoma Oklahoma s Legislative Outlook Mary Fallin is the first woman to be elected governor of Oklahoma. She served two terms in the Oklahoma House before becoming the first woman and first Republican to be elected lieutenant governor of Oklahoma in In 2006, she was elected to the U.S. Congress. As governor, Fallin s priorities are job growth and retention, government modernization and streamlining, education reform and protecting Oklahoma from the intrusions of Washington, D.C. Fallin is married to Wade Christensen and the couple has six children between them. Healthcare: What s Next Bert Marshall President & CEO Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Bert Marshall was named the seventh leader in the 68-year history of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma in June 2008, accepting the position of President. Previously, as Vice President of Property and Casualty/External Operations, Marshall was responsible for GHS Property and Casualty Insurance Company, BlueLincs HMO, Advertising, Public Relations, Government Relations and the Oklahoma Caring Foundation. He joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma in 1996.

3 Oklahoma Bankers Association 2012 Economic Forum John Richels President & CEO Devon Energy The Outlook for Energy John Richels, was elected president and chief executive officer of Devon in June 2010 and joined the board of directors in He previously served as president, a senior vice president of Devon and president and chief executive officer of Devon s Canadian subsidiary. Richels joined Devon through its 1998 acquisition of Canadian-based Northstar Energy Corp. Prior to joining Northstar, Richels was managing and chief operating partner of the Canadian-based national law firm, Bennett Jones. Richels previously served as a director of a number of publicly traded companies. He holds a bachelor s degree in economics from York University and a law degree from the University of Windsor. Why is This Recovery So Different & What Does It Mean for Banks? Dr. Harry M. Davis Economist North Carolina Bankers Association As the North Carolina Bankers Association Economist, Dr. Davis puts together quarterly economic forecasts that are carried by various news outlets. Dr. Davis is frequently interviewed throughout the year by newspapers, television and radio stations for stories on the economy and banking. He is a frequent speaker at state, regional and national banking conventions on economic and banking issues. Dr. Davis is active in the consulting field and has presented seminars to business groups both in North Carolina and nationwide. He puts together feasibility plans, business plans and valuations for both financial and non-financial corporations. Dr. Davis has served as consultant for numerous start-up banks in North Carolina. Regional Economic Outlook chad wilkerson VP, Economist, OKC Branch Executive, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Chad R. Wilkerson is vice president, economist, and Oklahoma City Branch executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He was appointed Branch executive of the Oklahoma City Branch in 2006, and was promoted to vice president in In this role he serves as the Bank s lead officer and regional economist in Oklahoma, and is responsible for recruiting the Oklahoma City Branch s board of directors and for briefing the Kansas City Fed s president on economic and business conditions in the state.
