2 the story so far... As we enter the fourth year for Sales Initiative the brand has grown far beyond our original expectations. What was initially expected to be just a bi-monthly print magazine for the sales professional is now a weekly newsletter, an online community and resource store, and the market leading sales skills assessment tool. In 2014 we spent a significant amount of money on database development and qualification, giving us exceptional data on over 44,000 sales managers, directors, and sales leaders. We will continue to invest in 2015 with a special emphasis on digital marketing and further data acquisition. Just as quickly as markets evolve and change so does the demand for advice and tips on how to best service them. And so the Sales Initiative community continues to grow by an average of 200 new subscribers per month. These are high earning, business critical executives, most either at board level or with direct reporting channels. Consequently, they are decision makers with control over many budgets including training, sales software, travel and company cars. One of the number one rules in sales is go straight to the decision maker which is why we launched Sales Initiative so that you, the marketeer, can communicate direct with this powerful group of professionals.
