2 Step 1: Open your ipad and go to the App Store

3 Step 2: Search the App Store for "AnzuMedical" and download the app on your ipad

4 Step 3 Once you have downloaded the app you will get a registration screen. As an ISAPS member you have been pre-registered. Use the following credential: Username: isaps# ( # = your ISAPS ID number) Password: isaps# ( # = your ISAPS ID number) You can change these at any time in "Settings" on the app

5 Step 4: The first time you open the app, you will see this screen. Tap "Medical Societies"

6 Step 5: To access the AJAX library tap the "ISAPS" category and then tap "Open Domain Library". If you are also an ASAPS member you can access their library via this screen. If you are an ASAPS member and an ISAPS member, and already have downloaded and registered on this app, you have access to the ISAPS library automatically.

7 Step 6: You are now in AJAX. Every time you open the AnzuMedical app from this point on you will automatically enter this library. If you wish to enter other libraries that you have access to (for example the RADAR library from ASAPS), select the "Domains" button which is visible on the main library screen and choose the appropriate library

8 AJAX as a Professional Network AJAX is an education and collaboration platform and a professional social network. It allows ISAPS members to create a private network of friends and colleagues who can share and interact with others. The following pages will describe how you as an ISAPS member can leverage this technology and create a dynamic educational environment which will benefit your practice.

9 Basic ipad Gestures in AJAX The basic gesture on the ipad is a single tap which performs many functions including opening a publication or playing a video Double tap on the ipad screen and the top and bottom menu bars will appear When inside a publication, slide your finger horizontally to change pages When inside a publication a two finger spread zooms in on the page

10 BUILDING YOUR PROFESSIONAL NETWORK WITH AJAX AJAX allows you to discuss ideas, innovations and new technology with trusted members of your professional network. This feature is invaluable for everyone from seasoned veterans to younger physicians or residents -in-training. The first step in this process is the creation of your private contact list, Tap to start this important process

11 Tap here to add new contacts Here is a pending request to join your network. Tap to view their credentials and accept or deny their request Current contacts in your network

12 Here is that person's profile. You can accept the request and even be notified if that person chooses to post on the Discussion Board if you choose to follow them by tapping the

13 Searching for Contacts You can search for colleagues in the network by simply typing in their name. You can learn more about them by tapping on this panel

14 When you tap the you will be able to send your invitation. Your contact will be notified by and with a "badge" on the app

15 The AJAX Library AJAX delivers all of the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery journals for the last 16 years. All the publications are updated in the cloud. ISAPS members can annotate, organize and share all this educational content and even collaborate with each other in real time.

17 The AJAX e-book Reader ISAPS members can add multi-media attachments to their notes and even annotate and bookmark videos. Notes and bookmarked videos can be saved in electronic binders for instant access at any time.

19 Once you highlight text, you will have the opportunity to add a note or even start a discussion thread

20 Tap and hold on any image in a publication and you will also be able to add a note to it or start a discussion

21 Using the Note Panel If you select the "note" option you will have the ability to add more information to your highlighted text including multi-media attachments Tap here to save note Tap here to place this note in a binder You will have the option to add a voice memo, video, photo and a weblink to this note

22 Saving Notes in a Binder After you tap the icon on the Note Panel you can organize your annotation by placing it in a specific binder for quick access later. Through this panel you can create a new binder, and even move that one into a different location by dragging and dropping it.

24 Binders and Sharing AJAX gives you the ability to organize the information from multiple sources into one area for fingertip access to knowledge. AJAX's integrated sharing platform allows rapid exchange of complex binders and annotated publications between members of a private network.

25 Select a binder and and tap this icon to share it. You can share multi-nested folders with annotations Shared binders from colleagues in your network Shared binders from the Industry Rep in your network My Binders The heart of this digital knowledge platform is the ability to organize all of your information into electronic binders. This includes publications and your annotations on them, video bookmarks and discussion threads. "My Binders" also has two "Inboxes" that receive shared folders of annotated content from either your colleagues in your private network or Industry Reps that you have agreed to share information with.

26 Tap here to access your contact list or type the name directly in the screen The Sharing Platform in AJAX One of the most important features of a social network is the ability to share. With AJAX, you can share binders and annotated documents from your personal library to members of your private network through the contact list

27 Use your Contact List to Share Choose colleagues in your network to share your binder

28 Once you have selected the contacts, tap this button to share. Your binder will show up in their "Inbox". In addition, they will get both an notification and a badge on the app You can edit your message here

29 AJAX Discussions The AJAX Discussions Board allows the worldwide exchange of clinical ideas, information and techniques between ISAPS members.

31 The Discussion Board Once you have entered the Discussion Board, you will see all the active discussions. These can be general postings, or associated with publications within the library. Add discussion to binder Tap and hold here to see this person's credentials Tap this to follow this discussion thread

32 Starting a New Discussion Step 2: Tap this icon to start a new discussion.

33 POSTING A NEW DISCUSSION ON AJAX After you tap icon you will then see the "Add Discussion" screen. Once you type your post a will appear on the top right corner which will allow you to add an attachment to that post if you tap it.

34 Adding an Attachment to a Discussion Thread You can add 4 different types of attachments to a discussion thread. These include audio notes, photos, videos or weblinks. In this example, a photo is being added to a thread from the camera roll of the users ipad.

35 A Personal Document Management System As a member of ISAPS you will have your own personal document management system. This feature called "My Library" is integrated into AJAX. You will be able to create your own customized library with the ability to share content with other members of your network

37 "My Library" has its own "Inbox". This "Inbox contains shared documents from others Tap here to share this document MY LIBRARY This integrated personal document management system allows you to create and build your own personal reference library. Documents can be uploaded from your computer via a website. You can also share your personal documents with others in the network. "My Library" also has an "Inbox" to receive shared content from others personal libraries

38 Building Your Personal Reference Library To upload documents into your personal library ("My Library"), you must access your web-based account through the following url: Type in your AnzuMedical username and password. As an ISAPS member, you have been preregistered: User Name: isaps#### (# = your ISAPS number) Password: isaps#### (# = your ISAPS number)

39 Click on "My Library" to access this page My Library Web Portal This is webpage syncs with the library that you have created on the app. Here you can upload documents (PDF's), add and delete folders

40 Adjust Settings on AJAX The "Settings" screen allows you to make adjustments on the app. You can create and edit your profile, modify how you receive notifications for publication updates, discussion posts and binder sharing. You can also contact technical support for any questions, comments or problems related to the platform. Tap here to access "Settings"

41 Editing Your Profile In the "Profile"setting, you can change your user name, password, address and personal and professional information and also add a photo of yourself

42 Tap the "Notifications" panel to edit the different options for update notifications. Notifications come in the form of s and badges. These are examples of badges: You can remove the badges on the app by tapping the "Clear all Notifications" button
