2 Page 2 of 19 iphone Setup 1. Download the Lync 2013 App 2. Open the Lync 2013 app, enter your credentials, tap Sign In Username is your NIC address Password is your NIC password

3 Page 3 of Change your status or sign out: Click once on the My Info icon To change your status, tap Status Select your status from the list 4. To sign out, click once on the My Info icon then tap the Sign Out icon. 5. To join a Lync Meeting, tap once on the Meetings icon.

4 Page 4 of Next, from the list of meetings, select the meeting you want to join. 7. Tap Join Meeting 8. To search for a contact, tap Contacts.

To contact someone, tap once on a contact, then: For an instant message (IM), tap the IM icon To call the contact, tap the Phone icon To add video, tap the Video icon, then tap Start my Video To , tap the icon.

Your search results will appear below the box. You can also scroll through your Lync Contacts group to find the person you re looking for. 7.
