1 Store & Share Quick Start What is Store & Share? Store & Share is a service that allows you to upload all of your content (documents, music, video, executable files) into a centralized cloud storage. You are able to access your content via the following platforms: The Store & Share Web portal allows you to access your files on any computer from a web browser. You can also use the Store & Share web portal to share your files or folders with others. The Store & Share mobile app (Google Android and Apple ios) allows you to connect to your Store & Share from your Smart Phone, so you can take your files with you wherever you go. You can synchronise all your photos and videos from the phone onto the cloud and backup/restore your contacts from multiple mobile devices. The Store & Share Desktop Drive allows you to create a virtual Store & Share folder on your computer. A shortcut to your web portal without going through the internet browser. Save multiple files quickly and access your Store & Share files from your desktop with ease.

2 Store & Share Web Portal User Guide 1. Get started with the Web portal Step 1: Enter into your web browser. Step 2: Login with your SingTel Mobile or SingNet credentials. If you have forgotten your password: For SingTel Mobile, click on following link to reset your IDEAS password. For SingNet customers, please call in 1688 to perform a password reset (select Technical Support). Step3: Once login; you can view all your existing files. Your files can be displayed in Grids or Lists view. In Grids view Your files are categorised by file format so you can locate them easily.

3 In Lists view You can create new folder under Lists view 2. Uploading your files Step 1: click on the Upload tab, select the files that you want to upload into your Store & Share. Step 2: Once done, your files will be displayed onto the web portal.

4 3. Managing your files Once upload, you can explore various file options by: Using the top navigation icons (i.e. open, public share, favourite, rename, download, or delete). Mouse over the top right corner of the file for more options. 4. Viewing your photos You can view your photos in slide show mode direct from the Store & Share web portal and select the different effects. Step 1: Once select the photos, click on Open icon to view. Step 2: For more options to slide show, select directly from the drop down list.

5 5. Viewing your videos You can view the videos direct from the Store & Share web portal Step 1: Once select the videos, click on Open icon to view. Step 2: To watch the video in full screen, click on the enlarge screen icon. 6. Mark out your favourite files Mark out your favourite files with the star icon and view them with one click. Step 1: Mouse over the pointer to the left hand side of the file and click to tag the star icon to the file. Step 2: You can view all your favourite files by selecting Favourite under Sort by.

6 7. Public Share your files You can public share your files with others through Facebook, Twitter or . Step 1: Select the files that you want to public share. Step 2: Click on the public share icon. Step 3: For sharing via Facebook or Twitter, a hyperlink will be insert for your friends to access. Step 4: For sharing via , you can type in a personal message to your friend. Click on Add tab, to send to multiple s. 8. Private Share your folders Use Private Share to share your folders with other Store & Share users. The Private Share folder can be accessed directly through their Store & Share account. You can grant Read/Write or Read only access for the members; great for project work collaboration! Step 1: Select the files that you want to private share. Step 2: Click on the Private Share icon. Step 3: Choose the permission access ( Read/Write or Read only ) and key in your Store & Share friends or mobile number. Step 4: Select Save to complete your private sharing.

8 Store & Share Mobile App User Guide 1. Getting Started with the app Step 1: Download the app from your Google Play or Apple App Store. The app is available on Android OS 2.3 and ios 4.0 or above. Step 2: Launch the app by clicking on the Store & Share mobile app icon. Step 3: Login with your SingTel Mobile or SingNet credentials. Step 4: Select Register New Account if you have not registered your SingTel Mobile ID. A One- Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your phone to complete your registration.

9 If you have forgotten your password: For SingTel Mobile, select Forgot Password to retrieve a OTP to reconfigure your new login password. For SingNet customers, please call in 1688 to perform a password reset (select Technical Support). 2. Navigating using Store & Share main menu You've successfully login to Store & Share Mobile app, and you're ready to start using it. View and access your files easily through the main menu. View and access all your Store & Share files View and access all your photos and videos View and access all your documents (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF) All deleted files will be kept in the Trash You can easy manage those files that are shared by you or to you Under setting, you can select more customization and to check on your usage. 3. Adding files to Store & Share Mobile app To upload a file to your Cloud Storage: Step 1: Start by Clicking on Upload Your Files. Alternatively, you can click on the button located at the Icons bar to start uploading. Note: Android platform allows users to select File(s) from Android file directory for upload whereas Apple ios only allows Picture or Video File(s) upload from your ios camera roll.

10 Click on Upload tab to select files External SD card Internal phone memory Note: Directory Selection available for Android Devices only Alternatively, click on Upload icon to select files Your Files will automatically refresh once it has being successfully being uploaded Step 2: Your files are categorized by file format so you can locate them easily. You can filter your Content type for display based on the main menu options. Refer to Section 2 for details.

11 Step 3: You can also create Folders through the Add Folder Icon and categorize your files based on your preferences. Folders are only displayed under List view located at the Icon bar. That s it! Your files and folders are now available from your other smartphones, computers and the web portal. 4. What else can I do with Store & Share Mobile app? Browsing Cloud Content: *Play videos and music, view pictures and documents on your Store & Share Mobile app. Access your content on the go via the Grid or List view. *Video and Music Files will be downloaded and played via Phone s native media player.

12 Browsing Pictures Playing Video Files Playing Music Files Public Sharing: Public Share your Files and Folders to anyone through your contact list or contacts. Recipients will receive an or SMS to access to your Public Shared File(s). Sharing to Facebook Wall Post or Twitter Twit is also possible as long as you login with your Social media account. Creates a Public URL and allows anyone to access to file over internet. Click on icon, to choose to either public share or delete the file/photo.

13 Private Sharing: Private Share your Folder(s) to your Friends and Family who are on Store & Share. Private sharing will ensure that only authorized recipients receives the Folder sharing with specified permission settings (Read only or Read/Write access). Specified Recipient(s) able to access to shared folder via Others Shared with me under Menu view System will check whether Input is a valid Store & Share User

14 Adding to Favorites: Files can be added to Favourites through the icon. You can filter out favorite files just by clicking on the on the icon bar. Adding File into Favorites List through STAR icon Contacts Backup & Restore: You can back up your Mobile Phone contacts across ios and Android devices. Simply access to on the Menu and click on Contacts Backup.

16 Store & Share Desktop Drive User Guide 1. Get Started with the Desktop Drive Step 1: Download the Desktop Drive software. Step 2: Install the Store & Share client onto your personal computer (PC).

18 Step 5: Your Store & Share Desktop drive run immediately and will be located at the bottom right of the system tray. Step 6: A Default Folder will be created under C:\User\SingTel Store & Share. Similarly, a Favorite Shortcut will be created under customer s Windows Explorer. Step 7: Different status will display on the bottom left of the File/Folder based on synchronization progress. 19 2. Accessing to Desktop Drive features Step 1: Right click on the Store & Share icon located at the system tray located on the bottom right of your Desktop view. Menu will be displayed Launch Store & Share Desktop drive folder Launch Store & Share online web portal Trigger manual synchronization with the online Store & Share Paused the syncing Open Setting menu Step 2: Under Settings, click on General view. You can decide whether to Start Store & Share on System startup or Select which Folder to be sync. This will disconnect the default folder and sync the selected folder to cloud storage. Check box to launch Store & Share upon startup You can select another folder to synchronise

20 Step 3: Under Settings, select Account view. Here you can choose to log out from Store & Share Desktop drive by selecting the Log out from this Computer tab.
