Department: Business Office Assistant Controller Under the supervision of the Controller, is responsible for general ledger systems. Performs monthly reviews of account balances and allocations of costs. Provides guidance and assistance to the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client funds teams. Works with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to ensure good internal fiscal control. Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Accounting, or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam and 46 credits in accounting, business or related subjects. Three years of progressively responsible experience in bookkeeping, accounting, administration and management, including A/R, bank reconciliation and payroll tax filing. Glen Park, Baltimore M, W-Sat 3pm-9pm Full Time $11.73/hr Department: Vocational Services Case Manager Liberty Club East Responsible for providing case management services to people in Vocational Program at Chimes, including, but not limited to, coordinating and developing Individual Plans, supervising and ensuring implementation of CHOICE Plans, providing individual and group support to people, locating services and supports in the community, coordinating medical care, and transportation, reviewing needs of individuals served, and communicating with families, care givers and providers. BA/BS in Human Services or a related field, with emphasis on rehabilitative counseling from an accredited college or university. Must have a car and valid driver s license from state of residence and Kelso Drive, Baltimore Flexible schedule, based on Agency need, including periodic on-call weekend responsibilities. Full time $32,583/ annual Until Filled 9

10 Team Leader - Supported Employment Responsible for development and ongoing training of Job Coaches and Behavior Technicians in the Supported Employment program, to assure proper support to persons served in employment situations in the community. HS diploma or GED required. Three years experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, and/or work experience demonstrating the knowledge to support people with disabilities in community employment. Must have a personal cell phone and a car for company use. Must have a valid driver s license in the state of residence and Kelso Drive, Baltimore Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full time $11.67/ hr Until Filled Job Coach Enclaves Responsible for providing skill training, personal assistance care, support and constant supervision to a group of people with intellectual disabilities who are working in the community. HS/GED preferred. One year of site-specific employment experience. Must have a personal cell phone and a car for company use. Must have a valid driver s license in the state of residence and Milford Mill Road, Randallstown Or Kelso Drive, Essex Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full time $10.63/ hr Until Filled Behavior Technician On Site Responsible for the design, implementation and documentation of a program of specific activities and behavioral techniques for a person with significant maladaptive behaviors. HS/GED preferred, plus experience in the field. Must have valid driver s license from state of residence and Milford Mill Road, Randallstown M-F, 8a-4p Full-time $9.85/hr *$10.11/ hr if providing transportati on Until Filled Department: Administration Quality Assurance Manager Assists with the coordination and monitoring of the quality assurance system operated by each program. Participates in evaluation of service quality. Assists with and tracks investigations and the review of records, compiles data and prepares reports. Handles administrative duties in licensure and certification reviews, and serves on committees. BS/BA from accredited college or university, plus three (3) years experience in progressively responsible administrative work in the field of human services. Must have experience working in residential and/or day programs for persons with intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of Maryland licensing and certification regulations required. Must have data analysis skills, and competency with computers and spreadsheet software and effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain judgment, tact and professionalism in difficult situations. 11 Department: Health Services Health Care Services Specialist Team Lead Provides administrative support to Health Care Services Department. Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling and documenting medical appointments for persons served, preparation and distribution of charts, forms and paperwork for medical appointments, pharmacy and supply orders, and processing of insurance and authorization forms. Interacts with persons served, families, professionals and paraprofessionals as well as general public. HS/GED, and working knowledge of standard English, basic arithmetic and modern office methods and equipment. Must have two years experience in a medical office setting. Medication Administration certification preferred. Must have a car and an acceptable driving record. Milford Mill Road, Randallstown M-F, day hours Full-time $11.67/hr Until Filled Department: Intervals Day Services Deputy Director Intervals Day Services Responsible for development and implementation of Individual Plans which reflect active treatment for people attending Intervals Day Services Program. Responsible for the selection, supervision and assignments of staff to ensure active programming for all people served. Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in the areas of education, psychology, social sciences or related field. Must have three years experience working with the elderly and or intellectually disabled in group and individual situations, plust two years of increasingly responsible supervisory and/or administrative experience.
