1 Hospice Nurse - RN First Hospice Care, Inc. is a start up Hospice Company located in Oak Brook that will be proudly serving the greater Chicago, Rockford, Schaumburg, Gurnee, Wheaton, Aurora, and Kankakee areas Northern Illinois. We are looking for exceptional RN's that will provide unprecedented care to our patients, while receiving respect from your superiors and coworkers. To be considered for this position, you must submit a resume and cover letter, have some computer skills (since computer charting will be required), and have at least one year of experience in the delivery of hospice nursing services. Current RN Illinois state license in good standing At least one year recent experience in the delivery of hospice nursing services Background check & drug test will be administered TB test, Hepatitis B & physical provided by the employer Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver s license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance Bilingual Health Coach Engagement Health s solutions employ features that range from regular interaction with health coaches to the use of innovative web-based health and wellness tools. 2 CLINICAL COORDINATOR - BHS Reporting to the Nurse Manager and according to established policies and procedures provides clinical, operational and administrative leadership to the Behavioral Health Units. Provides clinical resource and leadership to all nursing staff on the Behavioral Health Units as well as professional liaison to medical units and the emergency room. Assumes responsibility for patient care, staff supervision and care of the environment on the assigned shift. Assumes accountability as delegated by the Nurse Manager while serving as a role model for professional practice in Psychiatric Nursing. Bachelors of Science in Nursing (or willingness to enroll), ANCC Board Certification and a Master s Degree in Nursing are highly desirable. Current registered Nurse License to practice in the State of Illinois. Current CPR and CPI certification.
