1 GTA15/05 Adwick-Le-Street, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN6 7AY A South Yorkshire based, family run business is looking for an Apprentice Administration Assistant to join their busy office. making and receiving telephone calls, filing, outgoing post, photocopying, dealing with customer queries, data input, maintaining spreadsheets and producing graphs, using bespoke IT systems, handling money and any other general administration tasks as required. Excellent IT skills are essential for this role along with keen attention to detail and good organisational skills. The successful candidate must be a hardworking individual who is A good general education to GCSE level or equivalent. A qualification in ICT would be advantageous. Monday to Friday - 37½ hours per week (national apprenticeship rate 2.73 per hour) Business Administration, Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT, Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.

2 GTA15/06 Balby, Doncaster To work in a busy garage providing administrative support and cover reception. Dealing with customers, data input, filing, processing paperwork, making and receiving telephone calls, providing customer service and any other general administration tasks as required. To be successful in the role you ll need to be motivated, flexible and have good attention to detail with the ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and colleagues. The successful candidate must be a hard working individual who is A good general education to GCSE level or equivalent. Full training will be given. Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (national apprenticeship rate 2.73 per hour) Business Administration, Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT, Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.

Doncaster, DN10 6HD To work as an Administration Assistant for a long established, family run business that supply sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips and pellets to a range of businesses. Setting up and maintaining a filing system, processing invoices, photocopying, data input, telephone calls, dealing with customers, post duties, typing correspondence by and letter, plus any other administrative tasks required. The successful candidate will need to be a confident individual who has the ability to work independently without the need for close supervision. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for this job role. A hardworking individual with a helpful and friendly approach is important, and, a willingness to go that extra mile and succeed within Administration. Good IT skills and an understanding of Microsoft software would be advantageous. A good general education to GCSE level or equivalent. Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week (national apprenticeship minimum wage) Must have access to transport as the office is based is a rural location.

Maintaining a filing system, processing invoices, using Sage, photocopying, data input, answering and making telephone calls, dealing with visitors/customers, post duties, typing correspondence by and letter, plus any other administrative tasks required.
