Outcmes Shrt-term Participants will be able t change their mind set up and will be riented and mtivated t accept the freedm f religin and beliefs as imprtant as Human Rights. Participants have agreed t celebrate all religius festivals. 4 Why have yu chsen this cmmunity/target grup? Since participants are future PG Students, enriching religius freedm with right knwledge certainly helps t reslve religius cnflict in particular and Human Rights in general. Therefre we have decided t rganise the HRE wrkshp here. Hw did yu maintain balance f gender and ages? It is a c-educatinal Cllege, s bth male and female attended the prgramme (Male-05, Female-26) and the age grup between years. Cllege authrity selected 31 students f varius faith grups fr attending this prgramme. What are the steps have yu taken t lessen the tensin between the participants frm different faith grups? By and large there was nt much tensin between the participants frm different faith grups. During the discussin when tensin arises facilitatrs insisted participants t maintain peace and t be calm and patient. They were given pprtunity t start pen and free discussin instead f making lud vice. There were live discussin n intra and inter religius marriages, smehw we inspired the participants t understand issues with pen mind and act Have yu had ice-breaking/team building activities?
