3 Who We Are Canadian Management Centre is a leading not-for-profit Learning, Training, and Development provider to the Public Sector in Ontario. Again, we are a Learning and Training Vendor of Record for the Ontario Public Service or OSS Since its inception in 2004 to 2010, the not-for-profit Centre of Excellence for Ontario Public Sector Services at Canadian Management Centre has designed, developed and delivered over 1,100 client-specific learning/training programs/sessions for the OPS, the Broader Public Sector in Ontario, and their key NFP/NPO stakeholders. The subject of these learning and training projects span everything from leadership, management, communications, project management, policy development, finance, human resources, change management, administrative professionals, among others. Some of these learning projects have been high priorities of the Government of Ontario. In addition, Canadian Management Centre has designed, developed and delivered thousands of client-specific learning/training programs across all subject fields since its commencement in 1964, many of them in the Broader Public Sector. And, it can do so for your organization as well. As a not-for-profit organization, any surpluses earned during the course of business is reinvested in research, content development, and faculty development so our learning programs, solutions, and services remain the most relevant to the changing needs of our public sector clients and reflect best practices.
