They will learn to design human resources policies and programs that adhere to employment legislation; attract, retain and develop a productive workforce; manage employee diversity; ensure health and safety at the workplace; and advise on employee/labour relations. PURSUE YOUR PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION Our program enables you to work towards obtaining the professional designations offered through the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario 3 (HRPA). PROGRAM STANDARDS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Program standards apply to all similar programs of instruction offered by colleges across the province.
