Москва к/с БИК IWF Grand Prix The Russian Federation President s Weightlifting Cup is a Qualification Event for the Games of the XXXI Olympiad in Rio de Janeiro in Date and place March 18 21, 2016 Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia 2. Competition and Training Venue Ak Bars Wrestling Palace, Prospekt Fatykha Amirkhana, 1G, Kazan 3. Bodyweight categories Men: 94kg, 105kg, +105kg Women: 75kg, +75kg 4. Number of invited athletes in each bodyweight category: Eligibility of invitation & participation 5.1. Competitions are conducted according to IWF technical and competition rules and regulations and also the program is approved by IWF The tournament is held in individual and team placing The Members of National Team only are allowed to participate in the Event The strongest athletes are invited to compete pursuant to the world ranking list of IWF according to the results of world championships (except the athletes of Russia national team). The team consists of up to 7 persons, including athletes up to 5 persons (3 men, 2 women), coaches up to 2 persons Organizers of the Event may allow the athletes who are not specified in the list above to compete, however, all financial expenses for such athletes are borne by such athletes federation. 6. Quota of team officials 6.1. For each Federation: 4-5 athletes - 2 officials

2 1-3 athletes 1 official 6.2. For Russian Team: 15 athletes (8 men + 7 women) maximum. Head of the Team 1, coaches 6, doctors 2, masseur Prize Money - The 1 st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in snatch, clean & jerk and in total are awarded with a commemorative medal and diploma. Winners in total of each bodyweight category are awarded with a President s Weightlifting Cup trophy and Prize Money as follows First Place: 5000 USD Second Place: 3000 USD Third Place: 2000 USD - An athlete setting a new Senior World Record is awarded with the following bonus Prize Money: Snatch: 3000 USD Clean & Jerk: 3000 USD Total: 6000 USD The World Record bonus is provided only for the last record in the progression in one lift and limited to 6000 USD per person in each bodyweight category. - The best team according to the combined Men and Women Team Classification is awarded with the Russian Federation President s Weightlifting Cup. - The 2 nd and 3 rd place team-winners are awarded with a diploma. 8. Accommodation The official accommodation : Riviera Hotel**** 1, F. Amirkhana str., Kazan, Russia, Hotel information desk: +7 (843) Equipment: IWF approved Eleiko sport equipment will be provided. 11. Financial Conditions The Organizing Committee will cover the following costs for each invited athlete, team official (maximum two team officials according to paragraph 6.1 of the present regulations), and referee: - roundtrip airfare (economy class tickets); - accommodations at the Riviera Hotel from 18 to 21 March 2016; - three meals per day; - local transfer; - accreditation Federations entering athletes at their own expense (according to paragraph 5.5 of the present regulations) will be responsible as follows: - single room 100 Euro per person per day - double room 150 Euro for room per day - lunch and dinner 50 Euro per person per day - transfer 30 Euro - accreditation 20 Euro 12. Visa The Organizing Committee is happy to offer a simplified procedure of obtaining Russian visas and is pleased to provide confirmed participants with the official Letter of Invitation to facilitate the visa application process in the Embassies/Consulates of the Russian Federation. The Organizing Committee issues the Letter of Invitation upon request from the athletes federations, sent to the official address: visa.support@dspkazan.com. A Letter of Invitation request must contain a properly completed Visa Application Form (see attachment) and a scanned copy of the participant s valid passport (the passport expiry date must be no earlier than September 26, 2016). The visa will be valid from March 15 til March 25, More detailed information on the visa application process will be sent to the participant s address together with the official Letter of Invitation. 13. Insurance All participant athletes must have a valid health insurance policy (original) which has to be given to the Organizing Committee. Health insurance is the responsibility of the participant s federation.

6 Compensation procedure for the travel expenses of the participants of the 2016 IWF Grand-Prix-The Russian Federation President Weightlifting Cup 1. The Organising Committee is responsible for compensating the travel expenses of the participants of the 2016 IWF Grand Prix-The Russian Federation President Weightlifting Cup, to be held in Kazan from 18 March to 21 March, The Organising Committee shall compensate the participants of the 2016 IWF Grand Prix-The Russian Federation President Weightlifting Cup for the expenses (air ticket purchase) incurred by them while travelling along the following route: International airport closest to the participant's place of residence Kazan International airport closest to the participant's place of residence. The compensation shall not cover additional costs of travelling, such as taxi, bus, train, etc. 3. The participants shall be compensated for their travel expenses in cash (US dollars) and in the agreed amount. 4. The participants shall be compensated at the Accreditation Centre (Ak Bars Wrestling Palace) from 19 March to 20 March, In order to receive the compensation, the participant shall send the filled-in application form (Appendix No. 1) to the Organising Committee at (CC to no later than 1 March, The Organising Committee shall respond within no more than 2 working days after receiving the filled-in application form from the participant, with a suggested compensation sum, based on the current air ticket prices. 7. The participant shall agree on the suggested option within no more than 2 working days after receiving the offer from the Organising Committee. 8. The participant's response and approval of the compensation sum received from the Organising Committee shall be deemed final and shall not, under any circumstances, be subject to further review. 9. The copy of the air ticket purchased independently by the participant shall be sent to the Organising Committee (at the addresses specified in Clause 5 hereof) no later than 10 March, The sum of compensation for the participants' travel expenses (air ticket purchase) shall not exceed the amount specified herein (Appendix No. 2).

Upon arrival in Kazan, the participant shall apply for the travel compensation to the Organising Committee's accounting office during the accreditation procedure. 12. In order to receive the compensation, the participant shall provide the following: all the boarding passes confirming the flight; a copy of the electronic air ticket; passport. 13. Should the participant fail to provide the documents listed in Clause 12 hereof, compensation for travel expenses cannot be processed. 14. Within 5 days upon arriving back to the place of residence, the participant shall mail the boarding passes for the return journey to the Organising Committee at the following address: Main Information Centre, 35, Universiade Village, Kazan, , Russia. They shall also the scanned copies of the boarding passes at transport@dspkazan.com.
