DEADLINE OF ENTRY 13th of July 2010 FINANCIALS The cost of board and lodging from dinner on through breakfast on including transfer costs during the stay in Hungary (from/to place of arrival, place of acommodation, venue of competition, etc.) as well as the entrance ticket: Hotel Duna 210 /person (1day 120, 2 days 170 ) with full board, single room 240 /person in order of reservation Hotel Thelena 180 /person (1 day 100, 2 days 140 ) with full board, single room 240 /person Youth Hostel ESZI 150 /person (3 nights with full board) Participation without accommodation in an official hotel 50 COMPETITION RULES The competition will be held according to the rules of EJU / IJF with a double repechage system on 3 tatami. In case of categories with low numbers: 2 entries: better of 2 fights, if 1-1 the third match will decide 3,4,5 entries: one pool competition system (round robin) 6 and more entries: Quarter-final (last 8) repechage OR double repechage competition system Blue and white judogis are obligatory. Each competitor taking part in the EJU events is obliged to have on the back of his judogi the official back number made up of two parts: the FIXED upper part, consisting of the Surname and the National Olympic Abbreviation; the CHANGEABLE bottom part consisting of the event name and the sponsors, unique for each event. 2. The participating athlete / federation is responsible for ordering and sewing of the FIXED part of the back number, which must be the official EJU / IJF one. It should be ordered from Production and delivery takes around 4 weeks. 3 cm 1 cm 3. The CHANGEABLE part (if needed) will be given to the head of delegation during registration, and the athletes can stick it themselves using the special glue on the back number. In case the participating federation sends fewer athletes than registered in the numerical entry, the federation will be charged the cost of the back number of all cancelled athletes.
