2 WELCOME The Mexican Swimming Federation has the honor and pleasure to invite you to the 21 st FINA Diving Grand Prix, Leon 2015 meet. The following information has been designed to assist your National Federation in its attendance to this event. Dry land training facilities with trampoline, mats, springboards and all the necessary equipment. Scoreboard and video board. EVENT INFORMATION DESK The Event Information Desk will be located at the main entrance of the host Hotel. In this desk you will find all the information needed for the competition. 4

5 ATHLETE S MEDICAL SERVICES Medical service will be available 24 hours a day during the stay of the teams in our city; the service will be provided on training and competition facilities as well as at the host hotel. Lifeguards will also be onsite at the competition venue during training and competition. The Nationals Federations are responsible for all other necessary medical expenses. DOPING Doping tests will be conducted at this competition in accordance with FINA Rules. RESULTS Competitions will be available on live streaming through and official results will be posted after each event at the pool deck. ACCREDITATION DESK All accreditations will be delivered at the host hotel when the teams arrive. However, this will only be possible if we have the complete registration forms sent to the following e- mails: eventos@fmn.org.mx, clavados@fmn.org.mx, atencion@fmn.org.mx VISA Assistance Please fill in the VISA LETTER FORM with all your information and send it to: eventos@fmn.org.mx, clavados@fmn.org.mx, atencion@fmn.org.mx Along with a copy of all the passports before February 16 th, We want to remind you that we only provide the invitation letter and not the visa. Some citizens from other countries must obtain a visa to travel to Mexico as tourist, for additional information about Mexico s embassies, consulates and requirements log in into the Foreing Affairs Ministry website at: 5

Room Rate (All inclusive) Single Room: $ USD per day (one person) Double Room: $ USD per person per day Local Transportation The OC will provide local transportation from the Guanajuato International Airport to the official Hotel and back to the Guanajuato International Airport. The OC will also provide local transportation for trainings.
